as a 22-year-old who got into Nerf at the age of like 10, with the early days of Coop772 ,drac and wolcomS7 to nowadays with all the advancements like short darts, I'm very intrigued and wondering what the hobby was like back in the early nineties?
@@memelord6335 mostly worse build quality and the only way any manufacturer knew how to do pump action was with turrets. Nerf didn’t figure out magazines as we know them now until like 2007 or so. I think Lanard or buzzbee had them with shells before that but poor build quality and power. Even the darts were poorly made compared to the average level of quality now. Unlike some folks I’m immune to nostalgia. Also the art design is way better now.
@@BradleyPhillipsYT I went to that same Hawker Center Lau Pa Sat, Marina Bay Sands, the mall underneath, the domestic merlion, and the we did the Zoo. We played with Gavin, CJ, Piggy, Lyza, YQ, Duncan, and the rest of the guys at their indoor airsoft field. I have footage, I've just been super procrastinating 😅
I never carry a sidearm. For a game like this fully outdoor there's no reason for one. And for a cqb game I'd just use something with a shorter barrel again making no need for a sidearm.
I enjoyed the play-on words throughout the narration like, "Fire ended up scorching the Earth... and... Air erode away the Earth." All the best in Taiwan in 2025. Stay safe and God bless. Yosh...
@@arenhansen625 If it were me, I would probably use a double stacked magazine Wrenfield Mk 2 with partial Kirin internals for the coolness factor of bolt action shell ejection, plus the fact that from my experience, shells do slightly increase the consistency of the performance, and with a well tuned blaster I could get that pretty accurate with some sort of aimpoint style sight.
ewwwww, flywheels 🤮 I would've rather put the time and money on a AEG, they already doing an autokit for the ultima and m20, part of the job is already done, to an extent.
@@BradleyPhillipsYT That might be the case, but when playing Nerf as a kid we could barely tell sometimes if our friends have actually shot us first 🤷 and that’s with just basic shirts and stuff imagine wearing all of that gear you wouldn’t be able to how many times you got shot at that point it would be nearly impossible Also, Airsoft guns look way cooler

Ah yes the hobby is finally where I wanted it to be in 1992
Very true

events like these are a dream come true
Next year in Taiwan
Come join us next year!
I wish i could join i might ask my parents if i can go
Depends on if there are age restrictions
Also if theyre gonna pay for the hotel for the locals/people who werent invited
I'm so glad Terrance won an Apex. He is such a good dude.
The guy's blaster and scope at 9:49 is insane
Hard to tell what it is from that far away but the scope is definitely compensating for something 😉
4:51 My man fell 3 times in 3 seconds.
That should deserve a prize of its own
-100000 aura
one of the club members that helped hosting the event at ite cc. it was nice having you with us
I got to play with the Singapore group in January. I loved seeing your clips from SG, good memories
Did you go to a lot of the same places?

Sabre being their usual excessive-use-of-metal selves with that Virtus
That internal bcar will be interesting on the flywheeler. Still wish they just made it an AEG though.
Man I'm so jealous of all the m20 shells. Wish I could buy a fully assembled green one in the states.
im joining next year, finally nerfs AEG is getting better
4:53 MOST INTENSE ACTION SCENE
Can’t wait to see how Silent Knight II went!
Yeah 🤔🤔🤔
Thumbnail goes hard 🥶
coolest event! was wondering how hard your blasters hit, especially Derrikks's caliburn
Probably around 300-400fps. Somewhere in that range for most.
Looks like it was a wicked time, keen to get my hands on some of those tournament darts
They performed really well
They will be made available soon to all our distributors
I didn't expect to have a blaster of mine make a cameo lol
It was a pretty cool blaster and looked like the new owner had fun with it!
I did not know BCARs work on flywheels but I’m glad they do😊
thanks for the awesome video :D. fantastic content as always and that looks like an incredibly fun event
I like how governments banned Airsoft guns and paintballs. And we just revert to nerf
Grats on the sponsor mate. awesome fields to play on.
That was an awesome review and a great format by the sponsor. You all looked like you had a blast.
What scope did you use?
Great shooting BTW
I'm not sure what the sight was, they provided it on the blaster. Just a cheap Airsoft style one.
That looks like a hell of a lot of fun. Well put together video!
Where did you get chrome plated at?
I feel like I never see you use a secondary. Do you carry one? Do you find any need? You are rarely CQB
I never carry a sidearm. For a game like this fully outdoor there's no reason for one. And for a cqb game I'd just use something with a shorter barrel again making no need for a sidearm.
Good job and strong work!
I am saving this video right now because I want to watch it so bad but I’m in the middle of of editing a new video 😭

This is pretty amazing!
For the Sabre T-darts, is the tip hard or soft (primarily for the 1.3g ones)? Hopefully they are not FVJ hardness.
Very soft tips
@@conradsng2447 That's excellent
This is so sick, the US needs areas like this, specifically San Diego 😬
Does a Pro26 fit inside a K14?
Do they allow hpa at those games?
Hpa is not allowed due to legalities here
@@BradleyPhillipsYT To be frank, it doesn't look like anybody needs it, those Sabres are brutally accurate.
That looked epic!
Very very nice shoot game play 😮
Vertus wow!
What was you time on the shooting competition?
Somewhere over 1 minute. My blaster was set up for the game not the marksman comp.
@@BradleyPhillipsYT good point. If you did it again, which blaster would you use for that style competition?
@@arenhansen625probably something with a weaker spring and shorter barrel

great video!
Good one
What a great game, sadly this year I'm busy with work ,next year we meet again at Taiwan ❤
See you there!
Excited!
Wholesome experience mate!!
What was the fps cap
@@Drake_Nerf_Mods unlimited
@@BradleyPhillipsYT :) i want to go there so bad then. I’m working on 500+ fps baize😮💨
I’m soo excited!
What’s the best Bcar for high fps 350+? Asking cause I feel someone here knows 😂
@@cybernetic_warrior I'd say the Sabre BCAR
@@BradleyPhillipsYT the big 100$ one?
Sabre bcar should work with hpa blasters well over 400 too

@@conradsng2447 is it the only option? Or could I use a flag and armor aluminum bcar?
JUST CANT WAIT!!
Time for us to party next year bro!
wtf is wrong with that inverted scales barrel???🥴🥴🥴💀💀💀
The insanely long one? Haha
Flywheel 🤦🏻♂️
Surprised me too
Now i know who shot me 😅
Haha which time stamp?
I also know who shot me
I also know who shot me many times as well. 😂

Most of them are in Bird Paradise

Yeah it surprised me to hear they were making a flywheel blaster
Wish they were doin a proper bolt action blaster similar to the DTB realm instead…. Cnc.. yummmm
I wish I could do that level but the Australian government is stupid 🤷
its perfectly legal in SA and QLD. dunno about other sates. bradley is from SA and uses this nerf stuff most game days haha
lets play in taiwan next year
Nerf is legal in Australia
You can play nerf in any state or territory in Australia.
