  • It’s an all solid acacia, acoustic-electric tenor ukulele, but for just over $100 how good can it really be? I give you my first impressions. Find the CT204 here... www.amazon.com...

I have purchased several Caramel Ukuleles off of Ebay. I bought just the intrument, without all the accessories, and they were supposedly factory blems, so I paid about half as much as you did. I couldn't even find the blems and they have proven themselves to be among my best instruments. I have a solid acacia tenor similar to yours, only with a slotted headstock. I put fluorocarbon strings on them and they sound great. The only downside was that when I ordered them on Ebay, it literally took months to get them - but they finally did come. None of mine have the electronics.

I have an Islander ukulele with bridge pins and I love them. Easiest of my ukuleles to tune.
Cool video! I plan to get a caramel ukulele.

The ukulele is heavy because of the electronics. The battery goes on the side and the uke have is own tuner.Solid wood at that price not a chance its laminate acacia but the sound is not bad.The tunners are cheap but get the job done the strings are cheap as well but good for a beginner. If you play on Martin uke you will probably give this ukulele to your children lol

I wasn’t expecting much but it is indeed solid. I’m stunned at how good it is for this price.
