Hi Nick Sidney here what a stunning place would love to have it hey was wondering how yr place is coming along have not seen any more videos of yr place thanks for the great videos
Thank you Nick and Fernado, another lovely house, the area sounds great, too nice oppertunyity for some one, well kept the owners clearly very proud of their home lovely thanks again x
Hi together A nice property with plenty of land in a quiet surrounding with a wide view. Good possibilities to reach the sea and the nearby city‘s. Great groove👍😉and best regards
Another lovely property that offers so many possibilities (and an enviable variety of fruit) to its future owner. Thanks for showing us, Nick & Fernando! :)
Very, very nice! Another dream property, thank you both for the tour. I'm imagining the family hiding in the second bedroom on the first floor as the reason we only got to see the ceiling of that room...☺️ It is reasonably priced, especially considering how close it is to small cities and the ocean.
Gorgeous! Am I the only one obsessed with the ruins across the road, with every house I see. Not only the gorgeous White House below, but the ruins nearby on the high side of the road. Of course to fix the ruins I need to live somewhere…this home could be made so beautiful!
Beautiful peaceful property... love the lamp posts... and using the word 'groovy' takes me back to the 60's, which I assume neither of you experienced. 🤭
Nick, Luis Baptista does an excellent job at explaining everything. Gives lots of details. He is the best in his descriptions, what he points out, etc. He only does Castelo Branco areas...so no competition...but I wish everyone put in as many details as he does in the videos.
I will have a look, my job is to show the houses as honestly as possible, the details come from the agents themselves. I think he is an agent and makes films, I'm not there yet 😉
What is the heating source?....sorry I might have missed it...but fireplace was hidden by a chair. Were the windows single pane or double glazed? You could have mentioned the huge thick walls....can't assume everyone who watches is a frequent watcher.
@@destino2portugal I always enjoy your videos, but it has felt like the camerawork has changed a little lately? It seems maybe like the camera is held lower and pointed up more. It's become a little harder to follow and I keep finding myself willing you to tilt the camera down a bit. I wasn't sure if you'd maybe changed your setup? Certainly can't agree that it's shocking though. You make good videos.
@vinllgetthere we have changed the camera, the editing software, everything has been upgraded and its been a ridiculously steep learning curve. I appreciate your detailed criticism and will endeavour to do better! The problem I have now is the screen is smaller so harder to see what I'm filming. Every day is a learning day 👌
@@destino2portugal I appreciate your situation and I didn’t mean to sound so harsh. There is plenty to like about your video, like your descriptions, delivery etc I haven’t unsubscribed as I know you will likely improve the camera work but I also didn’t see anyone mention it. It’s better to be honest with people. That way you will end up with a much better channel imo.
Such a lovely little peace of history in a lovely area. It has alot of potential.

Groovy indeed!
Fantastic house, and a great video. Thanks, Nick & Fernando

Both me and Fernando fell for the ruin too 🤣
Beautiful place Nick and Fernando thanks for sharing 😊
Thanks Betty ❤️

Nice area. Which village is it.
He didn't mention it. Description says it' between Pombal and Anisão. Ten minutes from Pombal. Maybe there is only one village in between?
Did you mention the price?
Yes, they did, at the end, it's also on the thumbnail you clicked on.
(180k€)
Nick, holy cow...30 thousand + subscribers...when did that happen?
How tall is Fernando....compared to the ceiling height?
No built in wardrobes nor closets, correct? Small room might mean smaller bed to fit wardrobes in it. But easier to keep warm.
What is the heating source?....sorry I might have missed it...but fireplace was hidden by a chair.

this is 180 k euro, omg , its expensive, to much
Thanks for the video, the camera work is shocking! Let’s all be honest here.
That's very kind of you to say, have a lovely day with your abundance of kindness.

@@destino2portugal Ah great. These things always take time to get used to. I'm looking forward to your future videos, as ever.
