well the video doesnt mention abt one of the main function i.e rocker ...i somehow managed to do it after juggling with it ....the back wheels have a pin on insides which u can pull inwards and pull the handle of wheels up.... for front wheels there is a black portion behind the wheels which u need to pull backwards which will make wheels free u can rotate them and bring them up...

Thank You... Tried using your idea... It worked... There is a pull back type portion at the back of where the pin of the front wheel lies... You pull that back with a bit of strength, the wheels free up and can be rotated inside... Then pull back the handle of the back wheels inside... Now its a rocker... They should mention this in the manual...

@Tejashreee Sarpotdar I figured this out.. u just have to pull the black pin out and then fit the back wheels on the side or the rod..
