Chicco Walky Talky Baby Walker
The Chicco Walky Talky Baby Walker is a colourful walker with an electronic toy panel concept with lights, sounds and plenty of activities that will really make your little one happy! It features a toybar that can be used in 2 positions helping enhance babies tactile, hearing and visual skills. The walker has a well padded seat and can be adjusted in height to suit the build of different children ensuring that their feet touch the floor correctly The Walky Talky Walker also has front swivel wheels making it easier for baby to guide themselves around and safety brakes called “stoppers” which stop the structure when reaching a step. The play panel is detachable to play also when not in the baby walker.

@Tejashreee Sarpotdar I figured this out.. u just have to pull the black pin out and then fit the back wheels on the side or the rod.. Still have no clue about the rocker function..

well the video doesnt mention abt one of the main function i.e rocker ...i somehow managed to do it after juggling with it ....the back wheels have a pin on insides which u can pull inwards and pull the handle of wheels up.... for front wheels there is a black portion behind the wheels which u need to pull backwards which will make wheels free u can rotate them and bring them up...

Thank You... Tried using your idea... It worked... There is a pull back type portion at the back of where the pin of the front wheel lies... You pull that back with a bit of strength, the wheels free up and can be rotated inside... Then pull back the handle of the back wheels inside... Now its a rocker... They should mention this in the manual...
