First of all, I bow down to all the Devas for their generosity and compassion, continuous help that they provide to all monks, whenever they needed. This is also very much inspiring to fearlessly walk on the path of Dhamma that we are well taken care by the heavenly beings at every step. In addition to that, it was incredibly inspiring to see that Sivali chose to become wise and not wounded after going through so many sufferings in the Avicii hell. He finally decided to channelise all his sufferings towards the right direction by ordaining himself. The question here is what good kamma he did in his past lives that led him to attain the highest levels of enlightenment? As we can see that in his just immediate past life, he actually had caused suffering to so many people. Then in that case, when he was in the mother's womb, internally both mother and Sivali were suffering but externally how things very going absolutely well as he had just completed his punishment in the Avicii hell before entering into the mother's womb? Might be, Buddha will reveal this to us in the upcoming Jataka tale. Gratitude to the team of watsanfran for such a well presented Jataka tale.🙏✨🌟

I do not know what the actual teachings on this subject is. But I have wondered before if all aren't destined to get all the things they want most, in some future life. And maybe this process itself is what's meant to guide us through this and that, never being satisfied, learning that in the end, freedom from rebirth is the only true prize to be had.

Is there something special with number 7 in Buddhism.
The stories which I watched here many times in these stories it show that most of the kind people asked Buddha and his Sangha to come to their location and then they provided food and lodging for 7 days to buddha and his Sangha and then made an aspiration.
Does anyone have any knowledge regarding this?
