This great info! In many ways, I can see how this totally works. The regrettable thing is that if you lose enough weight then your facial skin can look MORE wrinkled due to the loss of superficial fat. Unfortunately, some of the people who "look" younger and have less wrinkles are the people who eat standard Western diets and are heavily overweight / obese.
I can’t describe all the benefits I’ve experienced since I adopted a plant-dominant, whole-foods diet, but to name a few: increased aerobic endurance, increased energy and desire to exercise, better cognition, better control of cravings, higher quality of thought, improved memory, improved relationships, lower cholesterol, lower weight, lower blood pressure. I could list another 20 benefits. I didn’t expect it. I used to be a lover of all sorts of meats and animal protein. Except for ~3 small servings of high-Omega 3 fish servings per week, I now only eat plants. Vegetables, fruits, beans, lentils, legumes, nuts and seeds, spices, coffee, tea, water, whole grains. Wow, what a difference it has made.
Didn't even notice but seeing this video made me look in the mirror and my eye wrinkles are completely gone... It was such a slow progression to losing them I didn't even notice. Not sure if it's the healthier diet or I've also been using red and infrared light on my face but either way I have no wrinkles where there were wrinkles before.

Hemp seed is supposed to be good for the skin so I blended up some with some pure water and let the sediment sink in a glass jar and dip my fingers in and use it on my skin as well as ingesting in a smoothy. On my skin it feels milky and nice and not greasy.
