I don't think there is another sea creature, heck maybe even land animals too that have such a high yield of edible meats. I mean no bones, tiny beak, tiny stomach and guts, no inedible parts like a head, etc. Scrape out a few bits, peel off the tougher skin and slice, tenderize and cook properly, that's it. I also love seeing these videos of the variety of different types of kitchens one sees. I love the song birds in the background, the huge basket with an array of herbs, aromatics and veggies. Add in the huge pans and roaring fire it makes me jealous! The only thing I didn't like was the last yelling in the background for a bit. Hahaha. One last thing, the videos would be awesome if the person filming and eating in the end, if they would share their thoughts and review of the food they just ate. We never know if its good? Bad? Too spicy? Tough? Yuck? Etc...lol. I wanna know how it tastes and if its tough? Just my thought.
