As a German it still amazes me to see international / English / Irish / whatever speaking crowds singing along Rammstein's German lyrics. Tells you all you need to know about this band.
Yes, everything you need to know about this band: Primitive, stupid lyrics that you can sing along to, even if you don't understand any of this nonsense 🥱 ...and as long as you are brimful with Whiskey and Irish Stout, your foreign language skills will increase even further! 💁🏼 ☘️🥃
@@stefankaiser3354 Well, missing the multi-layered, subtle and often ironic and ambivalent nature of Rammstein's lyrics, vocal style and imagery is a pretty common phenomenon, especially among superficial observers. Rammstein play with stereotypes, archetypes, contructions of national identity, and often use irony and grotesque exaggerations in order to deconstruct ideologies. It's also quite funny when people polemicise about stupid or primitive lyrics or whatever, while their lyrics quote Goethe or Brecht. But nevermind, nobody has to like it. Or understand. It's just art.
@@marius7133 Well, Laibach mastered this "subtle" game with Teutonic military aesthetics 15 years earlier than Rammstein. Now Till and his gang have been doing the same sh*t for 30 years and after almost 45 years in total it has little to do with "great art". And the typical Rammstein fan doesn't understand the depth behind it anyway. Let's be honest, all they want is fire up on stage, with lot of noise and marching music played with electric guitars. Well that, and a couple of beers🍺🥴

63 yr old Aussie mum here who fell in love with this band 20 yrs ago when my then young teenage son played them a lot at home. My boy is a Rammstein freak, has only one tattoo and the bands logo on his upper arm. They are brilliant!!
Cool. Where are the best places? Where is the clearest sound? I'm going to go to as many concerts as possible next year. I'll take earplugs. I was in Marseille this year, my ears were very blocked and I heard the music with my body, but the purity of the sound was lost with my ears.
My 3 year old since the day he was born fall asleep to rammstein. Now he says that these are his dudes 😅 he goes crazy when we put a cd on he runs and turns the volume all the way up. We are Lithuanian so we don't speak german but Rammstein is 🔥 and we listen to them everyday
That was a great concert. The weather was fantastic, warm and sunny. It was Ireland's summer. The weather has been shit ever since. At the end the bsnd got into the lift. The lead singer looked into the camera. He looked absolutely knackered as he had given everything on stage
The German fans were such a great bunch! This was my first, but it definitely won't be my last, Rammstein gig! :) Would love to see them play in front of their home crowd.
What a brilliant performance! Loved literally every single minute of it. I was amazed at how many Germans had travelled to Dublin to see them. Now I need to see them in Germany.
Good to see a bit of movement in the crowd and not everyone standing there holding mobile phones.... Should have been better though. 20 years ago that would have been a mosh pit and you couldn't hold a phone.

@@TheDanderer I've seen rammstein live in person and video. He does it with every song. Sings the first few words of the chorus or verse, then sticks the mic out to the crowd. It's ridiculous.
