WOW!!!! SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL 😊
Your hair looks absolutely gorgeous. THANK YOU GOD BLESS YOU
I’m impressed with your results. Your hair is beautiful. Thank you, loved the video
Thanks so much for this video !!. I'm natural also and have been looking for natural ways to dye my hair. Your video is very detailed, informative and straight to the point. Just subscribed to your page.
This is great info, even though I don’t really have noticeable greys
You look fabulous! Wow
Your hair is so beautiful and strong looking.
Absolutely gorgeous! I like to mix a little indigo into my Henna and it comes out nice and brown. And sometime I will follow with more indigo to give a beautiful blackish color. No grey's left behind 😂
That's how I use Henna and Indigo also. I use half and half and then do 100 % Indigo.
@@emeth1455 does it work on beards?😂
@@emeth1455 I did the same! Awesome results!
Where do get both
Looks amazing. I would try your method. The last time I did the 2 step process I deep condition after so I guess that affected the result
Love the results!
Thank you!
Gorgeous, absolutely gorgeous. Really helpful and interesting, thanks a lot
You are so welcome!
Turned out beautiful. 💗
Thank you hun
Your hair is so dark!!!!!!! I love it
I love doing Henna and Indigo on my hair. I do not use any conditioner with the Henna until after the 3 days to allow the Indigo to do what it needs to, so I can get that deep black color. I would love to see a tutorial on the hairstyle you are rocking. It is so cute.
Oh its just a puff to the side . And that’s great about the conditioner. I’m sure you get amazing die release
Same, henna is strengthening by itself! Also conditioners and moisturizers prevent my super stubborn grays from being permanently dyed. I also make the indigo smoother by adding aloe vera powder. I leave both steps on for 6 hours each--a total pain but my grays are that stubborn. After rinsing I don't put ANYTHING on my hair for 3 days as the color oxidizes. (BTW, it's the salt that makes the indigo step itchy, but it helps cover gray so I suffer with it).
Wow. Wehdon. God bless you
Loving the rich color payoff.🔥I love your henna gloss bars🙌🏾 It makes my henna application process so smooth with easy rinse out and leaves my hair so soft.🤌🏾 Can't wait for my next henna treatment.
Thank you sis, what a wonderful and informative video… and you’re beautiful. You’ve given me a boost to try this for the first time. Shine on and keep glowing. God bless you!!! 🙌🏾🎉👑
You are so welcome
Looking good Michelle. I prefer the black hair color vs the reddish tint from just henna. Now can you formulate an Indigo gloss bar & sell it in a set with the Henna😊
Nice job
I haven’t done a two step because Chile that wait is tew much lol but my last treatment I added indigo and I loved that it took away the brassish color. Will definitely be doing it next wash day ❤❤ hair is giving sis 😍😍
yes, I think I'm going to include some type of indigo or amla/coffee on the grey section. I'm liking the color
Your hair is so pretty
Thank you ❤
When I use Cassia once a week I noticed the grey backs up for a minute.. when I slack up on the weekly treatments Grey is back HELLO it’s me again. GO AWAY 😊 TY for this video
Cassia isnt as permanent as henna. Mix them together for lasting results
😂 that's funny
Absolutely gorgeous. How long did you use the heat on your hair? ❤
I lo:e the color
Thank you dear

Thanks so much what type of shampoo did you use before the henna
My Purple Shampoo nowiamnappy.com/collections/cleansers/products/brightening-lights-purple-shampoo
If you using straight henna for this process do you allow the dye release before adding the amla powder?
You don’t have to wait. You can mix together and then let the dye release
Hello, thank you for this video. Im a subscriber. Your hair came out beautiful. I previously asked you, when using the Henna and the indigo do i rinse out with shampoo or without shampoo? Should i wait 3 days later to use the shampoo? Do I use henna and indigo every two weeks or when i start seeing the grey hair coming back?
This will be my first time using the henna and indigo. I want to stop using hair dye-(chemical)-to cover up my grey. Please advise. Thank you.
Most recommend to rinse henna out with warm water and shampoo after 2-3 days.
@@tricenaturalone6530 ok, thank you.
Rinse out with just water, no shampoo. You can do this treatment every 6-8 weeks
Hello thank you for this video. Im a subscriber. Your hair came out looking nice. Do you rinse the henna and indigo with shampoo or only with warm water with no shampoo? Please advise. Thank you.
@carrieof4271 - rinse patiently with lots of water. Aim to use cool to slightly warm water to keep the color. The hotter the water, the color tends to go more quickly.
@@LRH1 Hello, ok thank you. I did it. I did the half and half--(henna and indigo). My first time dyeing my hair with the herbs. It came out real good. It hide all my stubborn grey hair. Is now time to dye my hair again. It's now been 4 1/2 weeks. I will do the process again half and half-( it works for me). I will never go back dyeing my hair with chemicals application. I've been searching for a long time how to dye my hair without using chemicals applications. Thank you again for all your videos. God bless you everything you do. 🙏
@@carrieof4271 you combined both henna & indigo powders together in one mixture?
I've been using Henna for the last couple of years, and it definitely saved my natural hair. Do you always do a full head mask or do you sometimes do the roots only?
Usually my whole head, that’s my preference, you could technically just do your roots
@@NowIAmNappy - Thank you so much! I will continue doing my whole head. I love my results.
Hello, is it ok to mix in a metal bowl? I thought you were only supposed to use plastic everything. Beautiful hair btw!
You can, if you know, there are no metals in your mixture. I know where my Hannah is from and so it is the highest quality and I don’t have issues mixing it in a metal bowl.
@@NowIAmNappy ok, thnks
Hi Michelle do you shampoo your hair after henna and indigo Thanks❤
No i don’t, only before
I’ll be using henna/indigo for the first time very soon. What is “cow ash”?
Co wash just means using conditioner to “Wash” the hair
@@NowIAmNappy thank you!!! I’ll mix up some with a little aloe powder ☺️stay blessed!
How long does the colour last on your hair before the grey roots start showing again?
Like any hair dye, it’s going to depend on how quickly your hair grows. So could be 8 weeks of new growth or 1 inch
My hair grows really quickly, which is why I'm searching for a dye solution that lasts longer than the usual box dyes I use. One of my main concerns is the undergrowth that becomes noticeable soon after dyeing my hair. I'm curious if using henna might help in keeping the color of the undergrowth darker for a longer period before the grays start to show. I'm hoping to find a solution that effectively tackles this issue. Thanks for this video btw, very helpful !
Can you mix henna and let sit for 48 hours?
no, that's too long, I recommend no more than 8 hours.
Could I do indigo only?
Unfortunately no, it needs henna to bind to the car
How long does it last?
Its permanent as it uses the henna to bind to the keratin in your hair. It may not be as vibrant over time like any dye, but you can redo the treatment when you touch up your grays
Where do i get indigo
HennaSooq or Amazon
I cannot not support a brand / products sold from someone's hair I cannot see. NIAN the product creator USES her products, and we see her hair.
The box says not to wash your hair 48 Hours before applying Henna and that was the first thing you did.
What box? You need to shampoo first to get those cuticles open. I’ve been dying my hair with henna for 15 years
I love what you doing but please protect your clothes
Where can l purchase henna and indigo??
