Hello... The authentic Neer Dosa called as Panoplo (pan means leaf n polo means dosa) in konkani....This is our pure mangaloreans style, which we make this atleast thrice in a week. Pls soak 2cups Rice (any qlty except basmathi) for about 3-4hrs and add 1/2coconut grating.... and grind fine paste and then make watery.... Lil more watery than any dosa.... it's not spreadable dosa... it is sprinkled.... and we use coconut oil,,on the top, , which is a must... !!! try with pure coconut chutney...soyaghee roast or paneer ghee roast... the real taste is again coconut fresh coconut +gud powder +elaichi powder... Gud powder is just a substitute... it shud be boiled with Lil water and bring to boil... when sticky add fresh grated coconut gratings.... n last add elaichi powder... do give a try...Just a suggestion...
