@UmaLohray Any of very very good quality, flame should be maintained at low + discard as soon as starts to chip off ( in case of Teflon) and decolor ( in case of ceramic) . Invest in high quality non stick.

Set temp at 180 or any other recipe k hisab se. Start timer for 5-7 min . Khali chalana hai.
