I’ve had my ‘23 King Ranch a few months now and am still learning. The radio feature you described was a new one for me. Very dissatisfied with the online owners manual.
I just test drove a Limited, and it didn't have it. I was told that because of the chip shortage they dropped the heated wheel. There was a platinum right next to it that didn't have either. I then looked at every Limited and Platinum in my state, and found none of them had it. I then Googled it, and found they cut it. It is standard on Lariet and above when they can do it.
@@LambFordSalesLtd Except Ford isn't shipping it at all due to supply chain issues. They've told dealers "delete that feature or the truck will never ship." In fact I think they're just auto-deleting it on anything that gets ordered. Same with auto start/stop - can't build one with that right now.
I took that air dam and chin spoiler off first week I got mine lmao looks better tbh. Had my pops looking at me crazy because I was ripping something off my brand new truck but he agreed it did look better without it as well
I heard on the radio hidden way to send voice message to ford when problem is happening in realtime. Where is this button to press on dashboard? Problem with tailgate opening down on its own ? Heated seats not warm enough? Please let me know.
If someone could tell me how to stop the BEEP when I put it in reverse that would be amazing. Nothing better than backing in my camper to a camping spot and letting the everyone around me know im backing up and they should now come watch.
Do you have the hybrid Powerboost? I have the same thing. I'm pretty sure the beep is legally required as the truck can move silently when in electric mode and pedestrians might not be aware there is a moving truck near them
Well I found the device to stop the beeping and whirring now if someone could explain why my parking brake turns on ALL the time when i park that would be great. That will get very annoying trying to back my camper into a spot
@@petererickson5908 I do, I have a device that will stop it like I had on my 21 I was just hoping there was a way to turn it off without having to go through the hassle. Also the parking brake engaging all the time is pretty annoying as well.
Great vid - just bought a 2023 F150. Went to program the door code on the entertainment screen, but truck does not recognize my permanent access code that came in the owners manual. Therefore I cant program a new code. I actually have the card with the factory code but truck says its wrong. Any ideas? Thank you
If you have both keys, you can get it that way. Turn it off. Lift the cupholder like he did. Insert one key, turn it on accessory mode. Take the key out, quickly put in the other key. Turn it on in accessory again. t’ll display the code in the dash. There’s a YT vid somewhere. That’s how I got mine.
@Five_Yo I did that, and after about 20 mins, it shuts off. I then have to turn it on, and all the lights come on. 🤷♀️ it could be operator error, but I've tried everything. I had a 2023 Ford Explorer, and it did the same thing. I guess I need to take it to the deal to be shown. Thank you for the response.
I bought the 2023 Ecoboost 2.7 motor. I had one before and still do. But on my 2016 F150 the shutters on the radiator no longer work, bummer. Everything is so electronically engineered, but is that a good thing? Am I driving my older 2016 F150 with the shutters down? Probably. It would cost about $1,000 to have it fixed per a quote. Screw that. We love engineers and all the bullcrap they design into the vehicles, but I'm not fully impressed because it will fail miserably in time. They;re not foolproof, and it's not worth having for example shutters on a radiator that don't work, or a keyfob where the battery looses power. A regular key would've worked just fine and without incident.

“Urban setting”.

Ace of Base!!
The heated steering wheel is real hidden.. like not there.. at all.. on any trim.
A heated steering wheel is a standard feature on the 2023 F150 Lariat and above!

@@tpz5900you’d be correct. They also removed the interior security chip. I’m sure there are others but those are to two I know of so far.

@@LambFordSalesLtd yeah my 2023 Lariat doesn't have it either. at least theres no button near the seat heating button.
I have this same truck, it’s sweet and a pleasure to drive. The only difference is the side mirrors fold in and not as large as shown here.

How do you turn down the ringer volume on car play and KEEP it down?
Is there a way to lower the front air dam
to clean it?
How do you set the autolock feature as you walk away from the vehicle?
Thanks!
How do you get the horn not to blow if you get out with the key?

I removed the active air shutters from my f150. Absolutely ridiculous
lol the last three features I have in my 17
Lol?
Where can you find those tow mirrors????????
Factory or Amazon.
is that on all trims ?
The dynamic bending headlights are exclusive to the Lariat 502A trim level and above. All of the other features are on all the trim levels though!
I can't find the antenna switch to pull up my antenna
Help please

Push the power button for the radio on while truck is off and doors are closed.

The key in the cup holder is fine if you're in the truck. What if you're locked out, key and phone locked inside?
If your key and phone are locked inside, you can use your keyless entry keypad to gain entry!
@@LambFordSalesLtd If you have one. I always attach a spare key under the vehicle where it can be easily retrieved but remain out of sight.
