Looks good. May have had argon too low there when you were welding. That’s why it was black all around the welds. Just a thought. I mainly do right so it’s a bit different. Been building custom towers now for last 18 years so I’ve laid a few dimes on some aluminum…
Gotcha yeah that coupled with dirty metal I’m guessing. It came out decent. Bending burn bar and front light rail in next video. Coming out pretty good for a job boat
I understand that but when the original storage box when you removed it. Was missing in the video once you welded the extra support braces. I Was curious if you used floor braces and how you went about it after you raised the deck up to help prevent hull sagging overtime.

How did you mount the braces underneath the front deck ?
I welded them then welded whole deck around the entire edge

@@justinjones9632 it has ribs all the way down the sides I welded to one of them. That with top rail that’s extruded aluminum it’s solid as can be
