i think with the top end rolled off a bit and low end boosted ( standard vinyl technique ) the tracks have more weight and some things jump out more . love hearing this . always knew md games would sound good on vinyl

TheReginaldProgram I'm still amazed at every album I listen to that you release Here as the audio quality is everything I hoped for when I was originally listening to these as a kid (16-bit & earlier). Love the homage to The Beatles at the end. Number 9, Number 9, Number 9
If you like Dreamer then you have to check out the man himself - Yuzo Koshiros offical remix released in Japan. Many are good but the Dreamer remix is an absolute gem.
Is it actually meant to get stuck looping on that last groove? I know side D does the same thing. I was so thrown off when I was listening to mine, haha
Yeah it's called a locked groove. I'm not sure how they work but the intent is to play the last bit infinitely The earliest example that I personally know of is The Beatles in 1967 did it on the last song in their Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band album
Yeah, I'm aware of the Sgt. Pepper one (which I always thought was creepy), and I know there are numerous others (the extremely odd "Metal Machine Music" by Lou Reed, for one); I just thought it was a very strange choice for Streets of Rage II, haha
+WannaTradePants Data Discs did it with Streets of Rage 1 as well. The MOTHER 2 release has a groove of sorts that prevents the last song from playing unless you move the needle yourself Just adds to the neat novelty that is vinyl :)
Dreamer makes me feel so good!
Same here, SO good.
Perfect. No dislikes as of this post. As it should be.
Under Logic is damn catchy. I always loved this soundtrack.
Awesome! If you like this track have a listen to The Shamen - Move Any Mountain which it must have been based on
I'm hearing sounds I never noticed before. Vinyls are really awesome.

Slow Moon is my jam!
ALIEN POWER 4:59 COMES AT YOU LIKE A BAT OUT OF HELL

Just a reminder that this is the last vinyl vid I had scheduled on this channel, and all future uploads will be in fact on the new channel :)

Dreamer is on the third stage taking place in Disney world or Disneyland because of the castle in the background .
Alien Power, fuck yes!
Thanks for the upload. Just a small typo at 14:38, where the name is Slow Moon :)
There are times I've noticed some typos on my end but I guess this one missed me. You've got an attention to detail ;)
that music is good for when u just want to chill at a nightclub or when your driving at night

I'll have to check that out myself too. All these Data Discs releases exposed me to Yuzo and his work on these soundtracks are phenomenal
Can i find in youtube this remix??
Is the sweet ending credits song on vinyl
Sounds great, and sounds like you did a tasteful job on the recording. What gear do you use (audio interface, etc.)?
i think its awesome how many songs people had to write in just 1 game. id like to know the ratio of video game songs to real songs.
ahhh dreamer my favorite, i almost ordered this about 3 years ago. never did reply to the back in stock email. i dont even own a record player haha

Wait a minute!!! Did it come from sega genesis?
Yes these tracks were recorded directly from a real Sega Genesis :)
I know! ! I got impressed how nostalgic is seeing these absolutely amazing soundtracks in vinyl...MASTERPIECE
