I have been fanging for this video to pop-off. Its a normal Australian thing to get invited to a cave in the bush by some supple men at the climbing gym. Hope you enjoyed your Australian experience.

Wild take to give the "Glue Mountains" four stars for rock quality haha! Guess we'll see if that rating holds after you visit the Grose Valley. It makes great climbs, but Narrabeen Sandstone is a pile of damp sand with thin crust dried by the wind. Multiple "innovative" sketchy bolting techniques have been invented to deal with it. A local route developer visited Utah and said the Fisher Towers were "essentially bomber" in comparison. You have real bones-of-the-earth granite over there in California!
Hmm they are called the Blue Mountains because the eucalypts trees give off eucalyptus oil which causes the 'blueness'. There are far more interesting crags than just Shipley and the Glen even though they are good crags. You should do something in Pierces Pass.
but as a tourist you'd miss out what I think is meant to be one of Sydney's highlights in that ferry trip lol but I basically agree except I would say just live in the mountains and wake up and you're already here

Sick! I hope you guys had a great trip. The Blues look a lot like our rock in KY (only not as good) lol. Arapiles?
More than 5000 routes, thats a dream.
So sick to see you at my home crag!
Hopefully you get the chance to explore more of the hlueys and some adventurous places like tasmania!

Circular Quay to Manly is totally the wrong direction 🤣 Should just take train to Central and then train to bluey and meet your friend there
