Aleta Israel, Jay Cameron. Leslie Jones. These are among the most trusted people in Ghana for those ready to, or thinking about buying plots and making the Move. Honest Trailblazers, not money oriented, who deserve our gratitude and respect. I'm so glad you are all "inter-connected" and laying the groundwork for all of us. Honorable mention to Rashad McCrorey, Zayloc23, Wode Maya, Ghana Bound, Ekow Simpson, Expat Ghana Life, Natural Ghana Girl.. and a few others. Salute and Shalom.

Motherland has been awaiting your return for so many years. The continent is huge so be open to discovering other countries in east, west, central and southern Africa. Don't forget the beautiful island nations - Madagascar, Comoros, Maldives, Mahe, Seychelles, Cape Verde. They are also part of motherland.

Don't forget your still considered an American citizen and just because you move to Africa doesn't mean Uncle Sam doesn't want his money... Your still liable for filling and paying taxes. There are steep fines if you try and avoid paying... Including prison... If you're serious about moving then make it permanent and renounce your citizenship so your not obligated to America anymore... If you own property or anything if value in Africa America makes you pay property taxes even though you brought it in Africa...

It’s best that regular people like Aleta take the lead. I recently viewed a video of people in Ghana who had a terrible situation of their house being destroyed. Most all people from America who were planning to buy land or visit Ghana, changed their mind based upon the video without further investigation. I immediately thought of Aleta, and how it might affect her land. After watching this video, I am not concerned, she is not in that space. She is on the right path of her journey. Many, many people from America have great stories of building a better life in Ghana. It is working well for many. Aleta is not doing this for money, she could have just stayed in America. She could have shamed down many big companies with all of her God-given skills. Yes, she is an inspiration to us all. We wish you much Shalom sister!

He said, everything in moving forward, and it will be corrected. I feel better now that this will not be ignored. So many people are building major projects in Ghana, roads, etc. and they will not do this to those foreigners. Ghana has to protect the integrity, the country, the citizens, and the many souls who were invited to come home. Looks like they are making a good effort. Thank you.

I love this. She knows exactly what shes doing. She knew not to come to Africa and live above her means. She is mission focused. With no experience, she became a General contractor, a sub-division developer and soon to become interior decorator. I bet she will vertically integrate more as she progresses.
All diasporans need to take note of this formula. Especially living below your means while starting off in Africa. Plus she's creating jobs for Ghanaians while at it.
