    I don't use self tan, but this was still fun to watch as I always enjoy seeing your eye make up looks. Very beautiful eye shadow today. You look really healthy and your hair looks so glossy and smooth as well, clearly you have found what works for you. I found myself mesmerized by the beautiful picture on the screen behind you! I kept looking between that and the lovely eye shadow!

    I've just bought a face water tanner called 'Eco Tan Face Tan Water' - it's won a few awards, it's a gradual build up tanner with organic ingredients, aloe vera, hyaluronic acid, rose geranium and totally vegan. Not tried it yet but will report back, seems very similar to the one you have just reviewed. I do have dryish skin and was worried about feeling taut if I can't use moisturiser afterwards but I reckon I can use my korean toners which are incredibly hydrating on the days I use this.

      Sounds lovely but I would most likely avoid it being as it has Rose Geranium and Orange Peel fragrance in, which is irritating/damaging to the skin in my opinion :0( x

      Love how you always reply Karen - you're a star! WHY do they insist on putting any sort of fragrance in anything??? I have used it on the face and it wasn't drying at all but because it already had aloe in there I used my own aloe juice afterward, take your point about the orange peel though, might try the Vita Liberata because I love the watery formulas and just use the Eco on my arms/legs, beautiful natural colour though only needed one application.

    Does it smell too much?
    How can you tell when you have applied enough?
    Thanks!

    Hi Karen! Have you tried the Tan Luxe Hydra Mousse or Water? I use the foam and I quite like it! I wonder how it compares to the Vita Liberata one.... Thank you for your review!

    Would you recommend a good tanner to use on the face whilst using Tretinoin daily please? I'm not having much success getting any colour out of the ones I've bought and some of them have been very irritating as they have contained denat alcohol. Ouch!! Thanks :-)

    I am using retin A cream at night and vitamin c serums in the morning can I still use a self tanner?

    • @TheBeautyMaverick
      @TheBeautyMaverick  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can still use self tan, but its tricky to get the tan to stay on and not be patchy! I'm experimenting now and when I have a good answer, I'll be doing a video :0) x

    Great review. Someone asked could they still use the treatments ie: Tretinoin, ? Never know if I spelt that right. I'd be interested to know if it still works as well. Although it does say don't use before or after. I would not want you to do waste it just for that xxx💖💗💝

      Mrs Ginger Beauty Awe excellent Thank you Karen. I'm no expert at self tan but in the summer I usually use something like Dove. Which is a cream. God only knows what I will look like lol. XxX
