I do agree. Her deception look was peak, especially her alternative costume. I will say, tho, MK9 did her justice, too, tho. Her main skin and even her "covered in wraps" costume are arguably better than deception's alternate costume Mileena. In my own actual opinion, MK9 was peak. Then MK1 looks the best after.. Then MK11, Then MKX, Then MK Deception, graphics wise, in my opinion.

You know, when mk9 came out, I was perplexed by the absurdity of the anatomy of the female characters, that they almost all had the same body model with long slender legs and abs and very large breasts, which looked somehow inappropriate. But now, looking at Mileena in mk9 and subsequent ones, I understand that in mk9 she has the best design and the best costume. I don't know, maybe it's because I like vulgare costumes on women, but I think the mk9 costume is the most perfect for her. Well, it’s just that Mileena herself is the sexiest in mk9, and Mileena’s sexuality suits her very well, which is probably why this version is the best of all for me. It’s funny how before in the older games the characters kept moving but as the evolution progressed they minimized the movement now they don’t flinch when standing still only to move a little

Using the evolution logic, in MK15 mileena design will be a purple tank with the real mileena inside. That way you won't see any skin at all just a full body of armor.
For reals, even the designs of the women in MK2 better achieve a balance of badass and "sexy" without being super revealing compared to MK9, which imo are lazy and kind of ridiculous. I'm glad that got fixed in later games, Mileena's MK1 look is my favorite!
