I've never read a book so fast! th-cam.com/users/postUgkx1_veP7CApJK_GWy_TczaMciuG64PqJeU Learning about his dogs and experiences was just the icing on the cake - bed this book through and through. We're working with our new pup and Brandon's advise was just what I needed. Wish he'd just come and train for me haha but it's good for us and happy to have this new set of tools to use on our pup.
I know this is a older video, but i was wondering if you had any advice for teaching a cleaner down like your talking about here, i have a cane Corso and she takes forever to lay down it.
20-30 mins and they should be sleeping for 20 hours a day and to help it go to sleep is to put a movie or tv show on my old pup liked pup academy but you can put on any dog show or movie you like
yes, usually a mark would be "yes" but there's many different ways to mark when the dog does what you want. There's clickers, or you can do the noise that this guy in the video did. The mark is to let the dog know that they did good and the mark means theyre going to be rewarded.
My family are brand new owners of an 8 week old working shepherd. Already (2 days) she has targeted my 9 yo year old son as a nipping toy and chases him and tries to nip his pant legs. Sometimes she hits skin with those sharp little teeth. How do I “nip” this behavior in the bud? Thanks in advance for your advice.
1. Do research on your dog breed and how to train it before getting it next time. 2. Redirect with toys or food. The second he starts biting, put a toy or a treat in his mouth instead. 3. Be mindful of where you play with your dog (Ex. On the floor vs sitting on the couch).
@@knowlvdge You must have used it wrong. Or got a "rescue" which means terribly bred with severe chemical imbalances. I've been using a shock collar for 6 months exactly as Shield k9 said to use it and it works wonders. Don't use it as a punishment, use it as an encouragement like he explains. Which means extremely low levels so the dog barely feels the shock.
Mon garçon le chiot suit la friandises que tu caches dans ta main rien de plus simple tout le monde le fait même ma grand-mère de 100 ans si c'est pour faire voir des trucs comme ça on s'en passerai
The king is back. Real deal simple deadly tips even my grandma can watch and understand. Respect

Thanks TH-cam algorithm, very cool
How long should you be doing these excercises with a pup ?
For the life of the dog. Training and bonding should be enjoyed by the handler and dog everyday.
10 - 15 minutes

Sol is the sound you are marking the thing you refer to as Marking? If so please be clear

“Goes Down Smooth” when I get a clean hit, of the skunky, funky, smelly kibble shiz 🤪
Hi love your videos, is 16 weeks to old to teach this?
There never is a too old for teaching a dog (or human) 😊
Yo! Thanks!!! Great technique
On your experience sir, whose hard to handle a presa or malinois?
Malinois are the hardest dogs to have for most people because of their constant drive to be doing something
chooop!
Yes!!!

You bought a working line dog and don't know how to curb puppy nipping? 😬
1. Do research on your dog breed and how to train it before getting it next time.
2. Redirect with toys or food. The second he starts biting, put a toy or a treat in his mouth instead.

Two years after is the dog still with you?
Bonjour prix presa canario
How old is this puppy (8/9wks) Old puppy
How much did the dog coast?
🐶
Why aren't you using verbal commands while also using food rewards ?
Our 9 week old from bravo kennels is like 4 times bigger then that puppy. He is tiny like a pit bull puppy.
i want one
At what age do you introduce the shock collar?
i dont suggest it. my dog is on medication for anxiety and depression because of the shock collar
