I wished I worked in this sort of environment.
Fortunately i work in a firm which is open to ideas and improvements. And now, since i discovered the lean method, i have so many ideas that i want to implement. And if i put just 2 in place and show them to my colleagues and ask about they're problems i hope they will be on board with me
