The front peice on mine was plastic welded to the whole chasis. Now it's broken. Great video. And no tabs needed to be depressed. I can litterally just pull it down. It's only 4 clips holding it up. You may want to do some research and change the years because this is absolutly not how my 2017 fusions overhead console comes apart.

Yeah I was about to finish this video till I seen your comment I got a 2017. I wouldn't watch another one of this guys videos for the correct way to do it. But if I'm not mistaken, these are not replaceable.

Nice video of course like most things I had hell removing it now of course I can't get the new one back fastened in. The more things that I fix with this car the more I can truly say that I hate the way they built the car. Maybe I'm the only person that feels that way but it's pretty poorly designed. They have a very bad infatuation with terrible clip placement and types of clips used in this entire fusion.
