Hell no never IMO. I really don’t know anyone who hyper -focuses on fuel economy numbers for the most part. We want to have fun. With that said, I have an older brother who just leased a Volvo sedan, the large one, and it’s a hybrid. I guess they call it “recharge.” Not my cup of tea and I have only seen a pic he sent thus far. Another thing is, why does anyone who buys a luxury brand think about gas mileage? It’s a Lexus. Assuming people who get them aren’t broke. The people I know who drive these, mostly woman of course, wear Rolly’s and wear designer everything and live in gated neighborhoods and have professions and wealthy husbands, so why do companies feel the need to put so much into hybrids to save 4mpg: I mean I guess it’s the government regulations, but I’m just a 22 year old kid….wha do I know?

I had a Lexus once. Drove quietly. But my daughter won’t let me ever get a Lexus again lol
