This is the best house I've seen so far. I just love it. The only down part for me would be the bathroom from the master suite. But I would arrange for the door to be mounted.
Follow the finishing of that property ( laminate,vinal siding,cheap trim, carpet! Carpet on the stairs! ..painted realing,wood painted pickets.....in Ontario, particularly GTA and area, we call that Habitat for humanity...
eww, not even made of bricks and concrete. the house looks very fragile, like a big bad wolf can blow it away. It must be made compulsory to teach the story of the 3 little pigs in canada.
Will probably stay for another 100 years like most homes in Calgary. I’ve purchased 1904 house like this for someone last year. Still looking great and this dry climate.

heat, humidity and ventilation. Hate those floor vent. kids throw things in there and limits where you can put furniture.

@IgorRyltsev, why don't canada build houses more solid in bricks like houses in India? Does anyone build using bricks?
