It's not yogurt dear. It's curd with all of it's water drained out. Name itself says what it is. Curd requires culture of only one type of bacteria whereas yogurt requires two sets of bacteria culture.

For Tandoori dip I added a tampering made with mustered oil and chickpea flour. That added a distinctive smokey flavor to the dip making it taste real tandoori. You can experiment with many kinds of tamperings here

And the last fourth dish .take the remaining curd and add some water and salt to it at last some some cooked rich and here we go our curd rice is ready to eat enjoy katham 😀

not really because you would make the dip extra oily with mayo. you can do part mayo and part yogurt to make the dip richer. i do that for wraps so that during the searing process the yogurt releases too much water.
