I tried to include as many games as possible, so I limited the songs to two per game and that was the only rule I used. Enjoy.

2 tracks from the GB series come to mind
Battle of the Holy (Widely agreed to be Christopher Belmont's theme) and New Messiah. Both have redone versions in the Wiiware game.

I remember my first Vania game was Portrait of Ruin. It was like 3 years ago when I was at the house of my uncles family. I found the old DS case of one of my two cousins and they let me take the game with me and my 3DS.

That game has some of the best tracks in the entire series. Yuzo Koshiro did a fantastic job helping out with the soundtrack.
Mine was the N64 Castlevania. I was like 9 though, the first one I was obsessed with was Circle of the Moon. Music in that is great.

I highly recommend the art tower theme from Legacy of Darkness if you enjoyed "Sinking Old Sanctuary"! It's a remake of the song. I know the n64 games tend to see a lot of hate but the music is amazing tbh
This is such a great series destroyed by time and money. Konami did not put care for the character in the years old installments of Lords of Shadow as it was interesting to play Dracula in 2 but other than the technology changes which were always going to happen they need to at least make remakes for the entire series like Capcom is doing with RESIDENT EVIL series. (Figures cross for R.E. 4 to be remastered) They also ended the series in an odd way that I wish can be recanoned. So the series continues so we can bask in the endless battle for humanity. All I'm saying this series does not deserve to die and if I was the man in power I would throw all the slot machines to hell and continue the work of art that I admire for all the years of my life and will have hate for those who decided to end it off.

So many of the tracks are great to listen to, but, yes, Leon's Theme is one of the top ones.
"Secret Room" is actually playing here just as a found a hidden room in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night!
There's like always a gem ( song ) in each game. Though some had more than others. XD

Do you prefer Bloodlines from Vampire's kiss or Rondo of Blood ? I assume the SNES version since it's the version you put in the video
Just a small detail .. the japanese/famacom version of castlevania 3 draculas curse has a slightly more advanced sound chip I recommend checking that out .. im not sure about castlevania 1

I was getting worried about Curse of Darkness not showing up but then i listened to the top 3 and now i totally agree with this list lol
CoD is so underrated, it kinda saddens me. Fun gameplay, awesome sountracks. It got bashed just because it's a 3Dvania. People really need to stop hating on the 3Dvanias.
Prayer of the Tragic Queen........That was crazy hearing that for the first time back in the day. I knew SEGA had amazing sound but this was another level for me. I just hadn't heard anything like that on a cartridge console. I remember the goosebumps

For me the whole OST of Symphony of the Night is by far the best, my second favourite is Lament of Innocence, (Palace of Dark Waterfalls).

I’m sorry but you had some of the better songs low on the list. How is silence of daylight not on this list. That is blasphemy. I’ve been working on a piano cover of it. I think the Zelda and castlevania Franchise had some of the greatest video game music of all time.

In my opinion, Curse of Darkness, Dawn of Sorrow and Symphony of The Night are the most impressive OSTs in the whole Castlevania Series

Rondo of Blood is actually really cool. Divine Bloodlines and remix of older games songs are great too.
Dracula X is the red headed step child of the series but has some of the first really orchestral and sick beats of the series. It was the first time they really flexed their musical capabilities (not that the hardware didn't play a part) no matter what you think of the game.
SOTN is legit. Top Tier music.
