GHMC Mayor, Gadwal Vijaylakshmi tweeted, “My deepest condolences to Damodar Rao garu on sudden demise of his father Narayana Rao garu. May his soul rest in peace and my thoughts and prayers are with the family”. Later, on Thursday afternoon, the last rites of late Narayana Rao were performed by his son Damodar Rao at Mahaprasthanam, Jubilee Hills. Whenever I see stonecarvings particularly on our southern temples I can't believe on my eyes .These carvings are so rich intricate and ornamental that I am astonished how hundred of years back when no present technologies were available these unbelievable structures were made.I take pity on those who fathom into old scriptures history and ancient literatures to find out proofs to our old civilization but can't see these structures in front of their eyes I challange all so called advanced countries to make even one structure with all modern machineries available I congratulate my brothers in South to preserve them inspite of all odds Thanks ND

They are our heritage and our ancestors buried the same to save from enemy attacks and also for us to see and take care of them. After so many years of Independence we still unable to revive fully. , 🙏
