Great video, I feel exactly the same about The Aquis and Oris as a company in general, I even wrote to Oris and let them know how I felt about their watches. I’m the proud owner of a 43mm Oris Aquis for the past 5 years, the main reason that I was attracted to Oris was that it does not look nor does it try to imitate a Rolex Sub “ like the rest of them“, 90% of all people I know have divers that are or look like Rolex’s Sub, nothing against Rolex. I did not want that, it was very important to me that the watch should have it’s own original look, and character. You can spot an Oris Aquis from a mile away. Other features that I liked were a realistic price, unbeatable price for the quality, incredible looks, and finishing, history, independent company, no waiting list, and the philosophy of the Oris company toward the environment is commendable. Saving my money for a Big Crown Pilot next…..
can you say me where ? i want him to, but don't want pay almost 3 thousand euros, even it is worth it. TY. From moment i saw Whale shark, all others divers watches look for me just plane and uninteresting.
huge fan of Oris for reasons described in the video. I believe its one of the best value watches currently on the market considering that you can get them well below msrp. Recently picked up a 39.5mm blue Aquis on black rubber strap and I am amazed by this piece. I owned a 40mm diver 65 and F1 team williams in the past, both great watches as well.
I wish the 41.5 Aquis had more color options as well as the tungsten bezel! I'd love the Oceanic Blue with the tungsten bezel in the 41.5 size (currently available on the 39.5). Do you know if there are any plans in place to offer that someday??
Same dude! The day they release that model in 41.5, I will be one of the first people in queue to purchase it. Perhaps will be standing behind you haha.
Great video love Oris Aquis im working on getting the new 41.5mm also can you please do a video on Raymond Weil freelancer Diver and talk about the brand i think that will be a great Video as well. Thank you
I appreciate this video, and I gave it a thumbs up. But to describe this $3,500 ( or realistically $3,750 watch after tax) as a budget watch, is really stretching the word “budget. If you disagree… A SALUD! ( as we say in the Bronx).

@@carlotaboadamd366 that’s awesome man. I’m glad you’re enjoying it. I’m thinking about the blue cal 400 in 41 or 43. Still have to save up though
I am really glad I got an Oris Aquis. It is a purchase that I dont regret at all.
Same here. I have the new Aquis 400 and it's my favourite watch of all time. I've had a few in my time, too. I mean lots!
I am happy with my purchase. I got 43.5 mm Aquis green dial a week ago. Absolutely gorgeous watch....
Good job on the video! Great watch and value for the money.
I got the aquis whale shark for 1950€. Do you think it will keep it's worth due to it being a nice watch and limited to 2016 pieces?

The Mazda of the watch world,
Independent,Terribly underrated. ❤️
Don’t need more reasons… already a proud owner of the 41.5 Aquis, with green dial! But any of you still making up your mind… get it!
Hugh Jazz - I hear you; people better get of the pot and get a great watch of their choice before the prices go through the roof.

watching this with my 2020 blue dial 39.5 aquis on my hand. I love this watch
Had a few and sold. Just prefer the quality of my hydroconquest. Better movement as well.
Love Oris watches! I have three of them. The only other mechanical watch that offers the value for the money is Tissot, I have five of those.
I have the Oris Aquis Lake Baikal and it receives more compliments than any of my other Swiss watches.
yes. the LB. the watch is a show stopper
Amazing presentation.

I got an Aquis Date Relief almost two years ago and I absolutely adore it!
I came here because I was already convinced 😉 Subscribed 🇬🇧
It's the perfect watch for anyone's first time spending over $1k on a watch.
The main character of the Netflix show "Japan Sinks" wears an Oris which looks great.
Great video
love Oris Aquis im working on getting the new 41.5mm

Nice and easy to explain and I love this a lot.
Looking into buying the 🐋 shark for Christmas I love the omega style back
Just got my Oris Aquis Oceanic blue with Tungsten Bezel! 39.5mm perfection.
Samray - Excellent choice!
Just perfect! ORIS BAIKAL owner.

I am planning to get a Christopher Ward C60 elite 1000. I assume they are in the same league, correct?
Absolutely nowhere near in my opinion, my aquis GMT is of comparable quality to my omega 👍
Own the clean ocean, 39.5 beauty.
If they would make the cherry red dial with the new 5 day movement I would be in!
Buy today 👍❤it
I'm considering an Oris Aquis GMT. I'm concerned about durability and losing time during the week
Mine gains about 5 seconds every 36 hours, my Rolex Daytona loses 10 seconds every 24
well done,,,🤝
⌚🎥
I’m getting an Oris watch, but I wasn’t influenced in the slightest by this corporate AI word soup!
Because you cant afford a Omega?!
