      Furious Pete eventhough im not medically cleared...great advice...im not a big guy and dont show strength...but people have no clue how much of a stress reliever lifting is...your videos rock...my heart is not up to task right now but i wonder if there is a lighter version of this workout...im not one to sit around

    I've recently started warming up with fewer heavy singles before my max set because less energy burned leading up to it. I'm gonna go back to the small jumps for now and see how I do

    I'm 6ft 3 and I've always benched with a wide grip because I thought it was right for tall people, but watching a lot of pros (K.Konstantinovs for example) I decided to move to a narrow grip myself. That was waaay better, in about one or two weeks I was instantly able to bench more than with my traditional grip and without all that little shoulder pain, listen to me and listen to Mark Bell, this is the most useful tip for tall people

    8 days left to go on my Furious 60. Shit is so hard. When I started I didn't listen to everyone who says it was hard. I thought everyone was a bunch of pussies. well I now respect all of them.

    This is an awesome video.I'm definitely going to incorporate the warm-up.My problem-I'm kind of big,definitely not huge, but with some muscle,and I look like I could bench a lot,and I can't.I would like to get up to at least a 350 bench press.This video helps a lot.

      MusicVideoMontages With water. In a shaker bottle. Some people have it with whole milk, but water is better in my opinion as you can just fill your shaker and take it with you in a bag or whatever. With Milk you've gotta keep it cool or in an insulated bag to prevent it curdling especially if you live in an area with a hot climate like I do. Cool water is better than warm in my opinion.

      If you're trying to gain weight, add in a mass builder as well. Have the mass builder with breakfast and maybe in the late afternoon and have the whey post workout. Add in some BCAA to prevent bad doms. Partner it with L Glutamine and drink it with your pre or sip it as you workout. You can also get some casein and drink it before bed. Not sure if you want to, but you can add creatine if you're over 18 and not worried about the potential risks. Opt for HCL instead of Mono as mono just blows up the muscle. HCL can help with a lean look.

      Fuck off with all this shit. It's simple. Train compound movements, track your workouts. Eat normal foods and treat supplements as what they are - supplements. They are not going to make or break your gains. Eat enough calories, if you struggle with that consume lots of liquid calories (milk, juices) and eat nuts which are very calorie dense. Weight gainers are complete bullshit since they mostly contain sugar. BCAAS are completely unnecessary unless you are really cutting down and eating in a caloric deficit. What really works is putting in the work, being consistent, eating real foods and adding some protein powder only if you can't meet your protein needs with your regular diet. All the other shit is just gimmicks to make you feel better about yourself that cost a lot of money and have such little effects that you should rather invest in more food.

      Drink your protein powders with water or milk, whatever you prefer. And creatine i wouldn't take before lifting for 2 years or so until you know what you're doing. And just buy creatine monohydrate if you need to - it's dirt cheap and proven to work. Not some fancy bullshit. Just the lab tested creature creatine, where 500 grams cost like 10 bucks depending on where you life. All the other creatine products just have fancy names and packaging and are therefore more expensive, but not more useful.

      Suliman max there are bench shirts and squat suits that act like really strong slingshots that can add 100lbs+ to your bench and squat. When someonr says raw they mean without those special suits and without a slingshot
