    Hello, best regards from Brazil. I have 2 calmato. Very first obe edition glow powered with OS 55 engine, and the last one (red) edition electric. Both are awesome! We really appreciate to fly calmatos here in Brazil. Have a good flights!

    This is the second time I have watched this very good video. I'm about to buy my second Calmato 40 sports as I love the way they fly. The one I have is powered with an OS 55ax and its terrific. I just want another one while they are still available as I have a Saito 62 and a Saito 72 lying around doing nothing and I think either of these two engines should be OK for my new Calmato. Thanks for making such a great video.

      Thanks very much for the comment, its really appreciated, a Saito 62 or 72 would be excellent in the Calmato, being a little more powerful than the 56 I have in mine at present. I have posted videos with the Saito 56

    Thanks a lot, great video. I just ordered a Calmato Sport 40. Sport-trainers with glow are great, just "grab-and-fly". Sadly they are disappearing from the market. Impossible to get hold of here in Norway. I had to order from Wheelspin in UK.

    Hi Mark. What accessory did you use please to make the fuel-tank a 3-way system? Thanks

    • @MarkRobinson555
      @MarkRobinson555  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi there, I changed the original tank bung for one I had with three ports, so I would have one dedicated for filling.

    Hi there, sorry for all the questions but interested in your opinion. I have the Calmato sports 40, the toughlon purple colour with OS 55ax. I'm buying another Calamato Sports 40 for a Saito fourstroke I have. Do you think I should this time go for the red colour Calmato like yours? Do you like that version? Or should I go for another Purple colour Calmato? Many thanks, your answer is much appreciated.

      @MarkRobinson555  ปีที่แล้ว

      I really like the red version, and if you have the purple, go red!! no problem with the questions happy to help

    Hi. Good video but I have a question. When setting up the elevator to get it central, do I line up the bottom of the surface with the bottom of the rear stabiliser or the top of the elevator with the top of the rear stabilsier surface? You get what I mean? Unlike the ailerons, the elevator is not symmetrical. Bottom is flat but the top is curved.

    • @MarkRobinson555
      @MarkRobinson555  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Mark, yes, I understand the question, and I would say I get it central. The elevator on my Calmato is very slightly tapered, being symetrical. To help get it central I lay a ruler side on along the top and underside of the tail plane, in turn to make sure it is central, so hence the same gap on the to and underside, hope that makes sense.

    you say, Epoxy. Do you mean epoxy hars? Great video! Good tips also in first part. :)

    • @MarkRobinson555
      @MarkRobinson555  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi there, for fuel proofing I use 30 min epoxy thinned a little with alcohol, hope that helps, sorry not sure what you mean when you say "epoxy hars?" pleased you like the video

    • @TDH8988
      @TDH8988 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@MarkRobinson555 im sorry.
      Hars is the name in Dutch.
      I meant epoxy resin.
      Thought after seeing your nice videos about the calmato I'll order 1.
      the fuel leakage protection seemed very useful to me.
      When I looked up some information about epoxy, it turned out that there are many different materials.
      Hence the question.
      Thank you for the response and best regards from the Netherlands.
