I hope they reveal Skuld as subject x in kingdom hearts 4 and we get Ven to recover his memories and apologize to Lauriam, Elrena and Strelitzia for murdering Strelitzia in union x and a reunion between the union leaders Brain, Ephemer, Skuld, Lauriam, Strelitzia, Ven and Elrena
The moment Fairy God Mother talked about the Final World, mentioning death, is the very moment the series changed. Dark Road brought a lot of that concept to light, even having Xehanort striking down a person. KH4 is gonna be vastly different than anything we seen in the series
I hope this game really is that bold darker direction. I love this series, and while KH3 had its moments of seriousness, now is the time to really embrace it. It would grow up more with its audience.
You make a good point. He really will be alone this time. The only other time he's felt something close to true loneliness is beginning of KH1 before he met Donald and Goofy. After that, he's pretty much had someone with him that's familiar. He's been through a lot, so much, that this could be what truly breaks him, unless he finds out that belief in himself is the strength that he needs. He's always said that without his friends, he is nothing. He really needs to work on himself now, or he will never make it. KH4 really will be a dark game,!
Yeah with Kingdom Hearts 4, I feel that it will take a more darker theme, especially with how Sora is able to get back to his world ,considering the master of masters said that he would unable to return to his realm
Excellent Video! I'm curious about how the KH mantra, "My friends are my power" will be tested in KH games going forward. It seems time for some mental upgrades into the true darkness. 😉
The themes of loneliness and Sora being truly isolated are what I've been most excited to see with his character in KH4. There's so much potential for him to have true introspection on himself, which he hasn't really had the luxury to do whilst worrying about his close friends and the other Guardians. I never even considered the fact that a regular realistic society could be more individualistic and less open to immediate friendship 😅. That's a clever angle that should definitely be explored in the world. Sora's gonna have to get used to "acquaintances" first 😂. I also really want to see a nuanced fallout of the Foretellers from their Master based on their own moral beliefs. Ava may have already gotten the ball rolling. Great discussion 👍🏿.
