    Really important for ppl to see. This was a really great compilation. Also good for ppl to see that growth, density, etc, more than not is unique to the individual and really is predetermined by genetics. Thanks for sharing!

      Yes!! I also wanted to show what long term results of proper hair care people can expect while doing this “challenge”.

    I love this video so much! I'm down with the See Some Curls education. My hair is THRIVING!!! that hair shake was everything! Thank you for sharing your journey! I too find myself wanting to wash and reset my hair multiple times a week just to try out new styling combos to see what my hair likes best. My hair is so defined and hydrated. I get consistent results and my "wash day" is now barely an hour!!! Awesome video!

      @lovelylauz02 I am so happy for you!! Girl if they had had this information out 10 years ago when the natural hair movement was starting up we would all have hydrated healthy hair down to our butts by now 😂🤣 but better late than never!

      Girl yes!!! It took me a long time to get to the point of being ok with “short” hair in a beautiful cut. I was always about length, no matter the cost lol.! But now health is most important. Hydration 💧. The wash day process will be up very soon ❤️❤️❤️

    Okay, you are beautiful😍 My hair was exactly like yours at the beginning of your journey. I had length, but too much frizz, limp curls as well as short lived wash and gos. I knew my hair could be healthier, so I big chopped again in 2020. Best decision ever! I now keep it simple with only wash and gos. The shape you got this year looks great!

    I’m almost a year into the simplified routine and still trying to figure out my gel to water ratio😩.

    • @shalahboballa
      @shalahboballa  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      So for me I have always loved washing my hair. It never bothered me that it took so long! I’m not on a time restraint and I don’t hate doing it so I don’t worry about rushing through it. Sometimes it takes me two hours even though I’ve been doing this for years! I enjoy the process. It’s not a race for me 😊 With that being said if I really needed to I could work it take less than an hour. But that isn’t necessary. If it’s still something that you’re having trouble with you can head over to my Instagram page and check out some tips @this_girls_curls ❤️

      I do! But at the same time I just kind of let my hair alone. I don’t put in weave or braids. I never do protective styles. I just leave my hair to grow and flourish on its own without a lot of manipulation. And I like to use good products.
