I think you got prisoner's dilemma wrong. While the smart choice is just to take 4 with everyone else, that doesnt take into account if your low on life and what the personality types of the opponents are. Some people are sneakier and will try to avoid taking the damage at all. The deck IS a politic deck after all and making opponents lose trust in one another really can help you win.
So i have just ordered this precon and looked into some upgrades and for me there are two ways on how to build this. Either you have to heavily rely on goading and making the deck super efficient (e.g. smothering tithe) or going the political route. The second ability of nelly can be easily triggered by being political and manipulating your opponents with good talking points to attack. However this all falls apart when your payoffs are too obvious. No one is making you a favor and swing out if you have a smothering tithe on the field. They will instead try to focus you. So i think smothering tithe and spirit of the labyrinth might backfire hard depending on how you build your deck. I really like the inclusion of Luminarch Ascension. When it is online it completely disincentivises the opponents to attack you.
I do like some of the inclusions you have including Luminarch Ascension. This deck buys you the time to get it online and is definite wincon. I also added Mob Rule like you did because that and Hot Pursuit are definitely finishers as well. This deck is going to be very fun to play I think because it’ll be highly interactive.
I plan on adding the new Aurelia the law above and probably some of the creatures that give your opponents creatures that have to attack someone else and can't block to whittle down life totals faster
You forgot that the draw for the enemy , is a political think, that motivate to attack an other player then you, didnt agree with the first add, also the monarch thing, we dint want get attackt, make so many political things for it, and the be the monarch and motivate to attack us?
I mean if one opponent takes the monarch, your other two opponents will be FOR SURE be motivated to attack the monarch opponent, since they would be able to draw two cards with monarch and your commanders effect. I'd say that's worth it.

I love luminarch it’s so hard to deal with once it’s online. If they can’t remove it asap the value is crazy
