  • Welcome to juicing with the Nutribullet. The Nutribullet allows you to drink your juice with the pulp broken down almost to juice consistency.

    The nutribullet is a blender, not a juicer. A juicer separates the juice from the fiber. Blending and juicing are often confused, but are very different tools for health.

      You're right. She is basically making a smoothie out of her ingredients, she's not extracting the juice from them.

      keithh23 The Nutribullet is in my opinion a superior machine compared to a juicer because many juicers, if not all, separate the skin of the food being processed which is then thrown away. The Nutribullet, on the other hand, processes the vitamin rich skin and makes for less waste and super easy clean up. Best machine and so much more affordable. Love my Nutribullet!

      The nutribullet is NOT a blender, it is actually a combination of both, and then some....It's an extractor.

    Hi! Your video was the first I watched to learn how to use the Nutri bullet and what ingredients to put in because I lost the instruction booklet so I used dandelion greens, carrots, peas, half a banana, half a pear, half apple & 4 strawberries with water and1/4 cup of almond milk & a teaspoon of raw honey. I forgot to put the lid on top & placed it on the machine & made a hot mess!! All the milk, water spilled but then I got it right & it turned out to be delicious. Thank you for the detailed instructions and hope you have more videos. Blessings♥♥

    You MUST take apart the blade by renovating the 4 screws on the bottom, then watch for the 4 springs(careful), the 1st plate comes off easily. There is another beneath it that will also come out. When it's it look at the goo that has collected. It can mold & decay. It must be cleaned after 10 uses. I hear heard of those things exploding. The accumulating of food in the blade may be the issue. There are videos here in TH-cam to view about cleaning the blade & dangerous explosions.

  • @LarsVision
    @LarsVision 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    Nice demonstration. And really good adding information about the dandelion. Much appreciated. But I think you should correct the title. The is not juicing. It's blending. Juicing removes the fibers and makes a more watery fluid. This is a very fine smoothie. But again nicely done demo presentation. Also, NutriBullet actually makes a "Juicer" Machine.

    which nutri bullet did you get

  • @2011afilover
    @2011afilover 10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    the almonds are suppose to blended with the nut blade. Your nutria bullet should have came with two different blades. I have the nutria bullet I love it, it is very powerful, also she was chopping up materials, but you don't really need to do that. the apples yes you should cut, but the other stuff just shove it in and turn it on really.

    • @macycharmin
      @macycharmin 9 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      2011afilover I think her greens were using up dead space so in order to add more fruits/vegies she cut them up so she didn't go over the max fill line.

    • @mothershelper1981
      @mothershelper1981 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'd rather see her cut up the carrot than the apple although I think it's easier on the machine and might extend its lifespan if you cut up anything that is extra crispy. Something like the banana and pear probably don't need any cutting other than to get them to fit in the jar.

      Sure if your blender is driven by a 2 horsepower motor. The only two that have that are the vitamix and the Blendtech, but you are looking at the Plus $500.00 range. The nutribullet is an excellent product for the budget minded person that wants to eat healthy

    • @Kell0ee
      @Kell0ee 10 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Its recommended to always add some liquid, not necessarily water, maybe Orange Juice or coconut water. If you dont add a liquid it wont be a smoothie it will be more like a yoghurt or a paste. Also not having a liquid runs the motor out faster as it will struggle with the thick, sludge like, consistency.

    • @Sweetheartbabez
      @Sweetheartbabez 9 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      u don't have to add water when juicing. The title of this video is wrong. She isn't juicing bc to juice you need to use a juicer. What she is doing is simply blending the ingredients together. But for blending, yes, you should add water. If you are using a juicer, you don't need to add water bc all the liquid comes from the fruits.

    • @macycharmin
      @macycharmin 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      +natalie bryant You're correct, when juicing you don't add any liquid because the juicer extracts the liquid from whatever you're processing. In this machine, as with a blender, you would have to add liquid or else you'd end up with a thick paste because the apple and pear (in her case) has more liquid content out of all her ingredients but still not enough to make a "juice" out of it.

  • @hotpapayasalad
    @hotpapayasalad 8 ปีที่แล้ว +12

    that's not Juicing. its call blending. you're chopping all the veggies into fine mico particle therefore you can ingest into your body easily. juicing in the other hand is a totally different process. because you're only extract the juice of the plant and left behind available materials that your body need.

      They don't, by the time you add other ingredients like the fruits. Carrots are actually quite sweet. That's why diabetics are supposed to either not eat them or limit them. I use dandelion greens along with other fruits and vegetables and it tastes delicious. And even if it didn't, it's about health not enjoyment. You're not making a dessert, you're making a health drink.
