Greeting Adam, I discovered your Vlog about 6 months ago and love it. I am 79 and can’t travel anymore, so you are a godsend. I use to travel every other week and loved it. You adventures make my day! Thanks again! BTW, the Seattle area was one of my favorite destinations.
I bet you never saw yourself flying First Class during all those years living in your van. Your channel is a prime example of resolve and determination.
I always look forward to your flight videos, I can't put my finger on why - but I just love your approach to travel, delays, unexpected things - everything we all go through.
I enjoy you airport travel vlogs! Not only are they helpful and informative for when I travel but I enjoy watching your experiences. Thank you Adam for always taking us along on your adventures! ❤
Did I tell you Adam that you were my very first travel video personality to watch, and by which all others on TH-cam I may watch have to meet to your standards? No joke. Just going to the airport with you and hopping on a plane is a delight to watch. Your an intriguing personality. Keep doing what your doing.. YOU ARE THE BEST!
The Airport Journeys remind me of the movie Planes, Trains, and Automobiles especially the rental car scene. 😂 Love it! Love all the views from the plane.
Hey Adam, love these travel videos! That United aircraft you saw at the 23:00 minute mark of the video is a Boeing 777, usually used for long haul flights to Europe, Asia, etc.
I used to be an Air Traffic Controller. Planes do have the ability to powerback in reverse. There are a couple of reasons why they don't use the reverse thrusters to powerback. The cost of fuel being as high as it is, reverse thrust uses unnecessary fuel, pushing back with a Tug saves on jet fuel costs. Secondly, Some airports have a noise abatement and Powerback is extremely noisy. When a plane lands, you will notice the casing around the back of the engine opens up and it gets loud. They use the reverse thrust to help slow the plane down.
Thanks for taking us along in your back pack! Haven't been to Denver or Philadelphia in many, many years! And have never been to Seattle. I appreciate your journeys!
" There's something on the wing" Great Shatner impression Adam. I was thinking about that twilight zone episode right before you said that. I am always looking for that furry creature to show up when flying at night.
At 12:13 , planes can taxi backward with thrust reversers, but the air being blown at the terminal building and the support people and vehicles could get a nasty debris blasting.
Hey Adam you should totally come down to Cape May NJ you’ll love all the Victorian homes and all the history it has! It’s also the oldest seaside resort in the entire US. I love where I live and if you ever needed a tour guide I’m your gal! Lol born and raised so I know a lot haha. Have a great adventure! Love your videos!
Enjoyed your flight video. Love window seats also. I'm kind of envious right now. You flew out DIA, about an hour from where I currently live and flew into Philly about the same distance from where I grew up in NJ. Looking forward to your videos on this leg of your trip. Be sure to have a Philly cheesesteak and checkout the Jersey shore. Safe travels.
Yo, I totally understand the struggle. There's nothing worse than fancy car struggles. The other day, I was trying to start an electric hybrid, and I was 100% convinced it was broken. The owner thought I was 100% an idiot. I understand.
Glad to see that you had a good travel day with no delayed or cancelled flights. Just a lot of turbulence but that is expected during winter and the parts of the country you were flying through.~~I have a feeling at least one thing you are in Philly for. If you don’t go to it I will be shocked considering the subject mater. 🏰Will see if I am correct in one of your future vlogs~~ You traveled back in time I see. That bus was a portal. Lol. ~~Oh and Happy Valentine’s Day, Adam.
Adam, there are flight tracking apps if you want to see where you are in real time. Assuming the plane has wifi. Or the planes often have tracking info on their entertainment systems, when they have those.
Great vlog, considering you travelled first class, the food looked poor. the view of the city all lit up coming in to land was just beautiful; I always love when we land at Orlando, really don't like flying - looking forward to seeing more tomorrow
Love your travel videos. With all your traveling you should consider tsa pre check. I use it all the time since I am a senior citizen. Keep your great content coming.
Adore Nora Ephron, but her "Sleepless in Seattle" film is bonafide bonkers, lol Ok on to Philly, yay! We all know Adam is there to eat plenty of -- Chickie's & Pete's crab fries , right? heh Also, since today is February 14th, it goes without saying... Happy National Ferris Wheel Day everyone! :)
Welcome to Philly! I grew up near Philly in South Jersey. Miss it from time to time, and so I will be going to Philly over the summer to catch a Phillies game! Oh while you are there you should check out the Reading Terminal Market. Also while you are there, don't forget to get a cheesesteak and/or hoagie!
Enjoy Philly! It's where I grew up! 🦅 Can't wait to see what adventures are next!! Ps- the time on the bus was hilarious! Seems right for Philly.... oh! If it IS New years day - I hope you see the mummers parade haha! 😂
Hello Adam welcome to the East Coast you're my favorite TH-camr I always wanted you to come visit the East Coast enjoy if you're close to Wildwood New Jersey I know you'll love the boardwalk very historical places around there
Hey Adam. Was in Orlando in August 2022 and January 2023. Was hoping to meet you when I was there but missed you both times. I live in the south Jersey area and would love to meet ya. Been a follower for years and watch your vlogs everyday. Let me know. Thanks!
Welcome to Philadelphia. Do not get Pat’s steaks. Tourist trap. Try Food Chaser’s in Elkins Park. Twins former principals opened it. Get the Jalen Hurts special. Come out to the sub burns. Long wood Gardens is beautiful. The Brandywine museum and battlefield are out that way. Visit Margate NJ and see Lucy the elephant. There is a model of it in the Boardwalk lobby in Disney world. The old zoo in America is also a good stop in Philadelphia. And you can actually go into the Art Museum when you run up the Rocky steps.
I always think about how insane it would sound to somebody from the early 1800s if you could travel back in time and tell them about airplanes. What took them months to travel on a rugged trail in a wagon (and probably experiencing sickness and death in the traveling party) only takes us mere hours to do. Then we complain about jet lag. haha
I like so much that you do travel day vlogs. I rarely get to fly and enjoy seeing all the displays, art and architecture of the different airports. And the meals, of course. :)
Greeting Adam, I discovered your Vlog about 6 months ago and love it. I am 79 and can’t travel anymore, so you are a godsend. I use to travel every other week and loved it. You adventures make my day! Thanks again! BTW, the Seattle area was one of my favorite destinations.
awesome Bill, I hope that you can travel just a little bit.. if not Adam is amazing :)
I bet you never saw yourself flying First Class during all those years living in your van. Your channel is a prime example of resolve and determination.
Pauper to prince 👑
I always look forward to your flight videos, I can't put my finger on why - but I just love your approach to travel, delays, unexpected things - everything we all go through.
I LOVE the feeling of take off. I’m 76 and still have a thrill in the process of taking off.
I’m going to be flying back to Illinois on the 23rd of
It never ceases to amaze me whenever I fly that it's even possible to do. It's like magic.
I enjoy you airport travel vlogs! Not only are they helpful and informative for when I travel but I enjoy watching your experiences. Thank you Adam for always taking us along on your adventures! ❤
The ATW airplane travel vlogs are so freaking relaxing.
That walkway over the planes at Seattle was really amazing how big it was.
I always enjoy your flight videos!!! Thank you!!!😊
Best 37.13 mins of TH-cam today. Always enjoy watching your travel vlogs.
The Airport Journeys remind me of the movie Planes, Trains, and Automobiles especially the rental car scene. 😂 Love it! Love all the views from the plane.
Lots of history in Philly! Please go walk in the footsteps of our founders at Independence Hall! It's a humbling experience! 🙂
Hey Adam, love these travel videos! That United aircraft you saw at the 23:00 minute mark of the video is a Boeing 777, usually used for long haul flights to Europe, Asia, etc.
United was using one from Chicago to Las Vegas on a 777

Adam, really enjoyed your vlog! Love your flights and the views from above! Thank you for taking me along with you!

Awesome. I felt like I was flying along with you! I would have bought a tshirt at every stop. haha.

" There's something on the wing" Great Shatner impression Adam. I was thinking about that twilight zone episode right before you said that. I am always looking for that furry creature to show up when flying at night.
Loved the "Nightmare at 20,000 Feet" Twilight Zone reference! Especially with the Shatner voice...lol.
Adam I cannot stop the “west Philadelphia born & raised” Fresh Prince theme song from permeating my brain
Loved that show
Yay! Another airline travel video! I wasn’t lying when I said I really enjoy them 😊 Thanks for sharing!

That rain at night, on the plane … wicked!

Adam, invest in some Sketchers - they have some darn comfortable shoes - you won't regret it!
Welcome to my area. I live in south Jersey, right outside of Philly. So much to see in the city, can't wait to watch.
At 12:13 , planes can taxi backward with thrust reversers, but the air being blown at the terminal building and the support people and vehicles could get a nasty debris blasting.
Loved seeing all the lights at night!!😎

The disappointment with the veggie grain bowls was palpable! 🤣

I smiled with the gremlin reference

I love flying too. I grew up in a family of pilots. I also obtained my own Private Pilot Certificate.

Brave going to Philly after that Super Bowl loss. They're definitely still in recovery.

Hope you enjoy the city of brotherly love! spent the last 7 years there, great food in the city
Adam Happy Valentines day. You exited Seattle just in time, snowing late afternoon & a bit over night. Come back soon.

When I see the wing I think of Fletch. “That’s a terrific wing. I love this shape”
