No single book is sufficient for GPAT and it is better to follow previous question papers to get better idea on the pattern and depth of questions. You can follow GPAT companion by Inamdar.

Sir ,need explanation regarding SAR' of drug ,iam studying medicinal chemistry form ashitosh kar, and has less information regarding SAR's am getting trouble in it, could u help me regarding it!
