Hi Alice I only just discovered your channel tonight. You are an inspiration. Fellow Aussie here, and I find your voice and manner to be so soothing and calming. All the best for 2025.
Have a great Christmas! I've had Tinnitus for nearly 4 years and just the last few weeks after a recent bad cold my Tinnitus perception has gone out of control and made me spiral into fear and anxiety. Discovering your channel really made me feel like I was not alone, and has paved the way for me to start the habituation process again. Thank you and good luck.
No apologies needed cause life can get busy and messy.. After comfortably living with T for about 10 years it spiked about 3 months ago and i found your channel and i wanna thank you for your words. Anxienty was taking over and T was running my life again but I found calm in your videos which made me see that ‘I got this’. Thank you 🙏🏻.. and hope to see lots of content in 2025 💪🏻
Hi Alice, happy new year! Thank you for your videos, I've discovered the channel recently and it's greag. I'm glad so many positive changes are going your way. By the way do you have any kind of social networks (for the channel), like twitter or smth?
Happy new year Alice, be strong and keep going, I can relate to your story. And there is progress in the world of tinnitus treatment as new medical therapies are in the pipeline.
I recently had surgery and my tinnitus has been really bothersome after being in the background for a while. I feel like I’m starting over and I’m grateful to have your videos to go back to. I also need to observe without judgment and know that it will eventually go quieter as I heal. Happy Holidays!
Always good to see you. Whenever that is is cool. Glad to hear about positive changes for you. Very grateful for your continued messages of support and looking forward to hearing from you more in 2025.
Apologies not needed! The reason you are sorry is because, well, YOU are a caring person with beautiful intentions by putting yourself ‘out there’ with the tinnitus community. I have no expectations for you to generate videos every week, etc., blah blah blah. Live your life and post a video during your own time and terms. The important theme with you has been, authenticity, being genuine, and sharing our human experience with Tinnitus. You are smart and will do well with your unpredictable changes and circumstances. See you in the new year! Enjoy the 2 week sabbatical.
