I love the fact that she is sharing her playing trumpet because it is normally mostly men who play it and I love seeing inspiration of women playing trumpet because I was told in 4th grade to switch to a different instrument because she said I wasn’t that good at it but I kept with it and now in 8th grade I am one of the best trumpet players and it is mostly guys who play trumpet
I'm happy you continued. It's horrible that a teacher told you that. It doesn't really matter what instrument you play, you're never going to be good at it if you don't continue playing it...

This concert was 1 day till my Christmas concert on December 14 in 2023 in school in band
it also helps create that C shape to press the valves correctly. Overall great tone and articulations!
