- After dabbling with film photography using disposable cameras and point-and-shoots for some time, I finally decided to purchase my first SLR film camera, none other than the Pentax K1000. I recently went on the 5-day camper van roadtrip across South Australia and took photos only with this camera. If you have been following my work, I mostly do street and night photography. However, this camera has gotten me excited to shoot landscapes and nature again. Throughout the trip, I tried out a few different consumer film stocks, just to see for myself how they look like. Surprisingly my favourite one turned out to be Kodak Pro Image 100 which gave really nice colours, high dynamic range and in my opinion a "Portra-like" look. Let me know what you think in the comments section! Enjoy part I of the trip where we explored the Flinders Ranges!

Some cracking photos. Very nice.
Love ❤️
Some beautiful images there. The light inside those ruins at the end is amazing. I do most of my photography in South Australia (shooting film and digital.)
Oh and wicked shot at 5:48 btw.
Nice shot Tammy. Can’t wait for more

Very nice. The Gold is too gold for me. Pro Image looks a lot nicer.
