I've been bouncing between projects, and this is actually the third-ish idea I've been working on! thought it would be an easy detour to keep me from burning out on another idea, and yet this one decided to cause a bit of trouble for many, many hours... anyways! hope it's worth it!!! tried to take input I've seen from the comments and apply it to this video, so I hope the quality is better too! enjoy!!
One reason why i watch furry asmr is because i hate staring/eye contact. When its a cartoon, or in this case a fluffy umbreon, I’m way more comfortable! I also wasn’t expecting the synthesizer/keyboard for speech. It was nice. TLDR: this is nice ❤
Im autistic and struggle with maintaining complete eye contact, often staring at a persons nose or just one eye. And i usually dislike talking when overstimulated, so this was AMAZING. Plus the simplicity of a vr model that still manages to be complex and interesting to look at is just so nice. Like with people I tend to get weirded out by physical details, but his was nice. I liked the bandana thingy and the choker with a pokeball on it. Also vr models are a lot idk how to worf it .. bouncier? Than real people- like obviously its not going to be fully accurate to how a human moves, as its being translated into virtual reality, but it still manages to keep a movement style that isnt too janky or weird. All in all, 10/10
So in conclusion... It was my first time I've watched that "ASMR" thing. I came here by a unfortunate missclick. Wasted 28 minutes of my precious life, yet I've been smiling to the very end of the video, so I think it is a fair deal. Now I will preceed going my way, leaving a like and continue wandering around again in the vastnes of the internet. Goodbye

I have to say, more than anything. I enjoy how immersive the videos feel with the use of props in the environment. The pretty seemlessness of going from marker to then picking up your brush for example... Just it all works so perfect to where I have to really commend you on the lining up to get it so cinematically accurate for an irl prop to be used in a virtual space, and get the sound too on top of that! On the ASMR side of things, my critique would be that I think you find a lot of fun and unique sounds, but I feel like you like to really linger on them. I think my favorite video of yours was the "Record some stuff" video where it was short and sweet different things around the house. It was perfect, and didn't overstay it's welcome on any one sound for so long. Maybe some more clever ways than just tapping over and over, but I'd love to see more of those where the sound pallete you're bringing to a video feels more natural and spontaneous. Those are always the best to fall asleep to in my opinion 😉.

I want to say I’m not trying to vent or bring my problems here but want to share my current situation and see if anyone else has similar things this character deeply comforts me and I really want to watch them now but I have to get up to do required tasks in an hour and if I watch them I’ll just fall asleep for some context I have autism and form deep connections with characters that I end up finding comfort in and this umbreon is my deepest connection yet
I love drawing/writing noises :D Speaking of which, have you realized that higher quality colored pencils sound more satisfying? Or is that just me? (I also like how watercolor pencils sound softer)
