Just a tip to get a better straighten with your hot comb…the heat comes from the base of the hot comb not the teeth so when using it be sure to have the base touch the hair I promise your see a difference

@@sidsolovelyyy it’s almost like he didn’t want to give away all his techniques. He just showed the minimum while saying as less as possible. If it hadn’t been for LaLa he wouldn’t have told as much as he did. That’s just my opinion. But Tae is the best at what he does. She done a great job explaining in this video. Great job!

I’ve always felt weary about buying frontals because I’m not the best at plucking and they take a little longer than closures to customize but, watching this entices me to buy a frontal!

Oh I finally finally see what i be doing wrong. Each time you pluck, you pluck in the same lil part to give the hair a natural streak look and to prevent balding.TY girl cause i was watching Tae class online somewhere,and i wasnt understanding. Im not even wearing wigs right now. Im into the natural look but you're making me wanna go grab an old wig.Im too thirsty to pluck a wig now! My wigs about to be lit lol

Hey can you do a video on how to store and protect wigs of all types?
Yeah I can!
Turn them inside out, and put them in the box or bag they came in. Wigs do not need special storage. Nothing will happen to them, even years of storage. Wigs don't breathe. Just save your tags so you include that on top, so you know which wig is which.
I wish the TPTB would hire you and more black professionals to pluck and style the wigs for productions like House of the Dragon because their wig lines and baby hairs need people like you, especially for the Targaeryans (sp?) wigs. So interesting watching your process!

It's definitely going to bald quick. I try not to pluck soo much starting out.
Idk about this... the spaces are pretty wide. When the unit sheds it'll be even bigger gaps of hair.

I found that is easier to rip hd lace because it's much thinner
@@khadijaheyward3306 yes HD is so fragile , but it doesn't matter what the lace is it's getting ripped if I gotta pluck it lol smh
@@bridgingtherapbiggestfan8960 Lmfaoo ok. She did say try not to pick with wet hair also I think you should pay more attention to where you place the tweezers. Don’t press down on the lace. Just pull the knot from the root and try to do it at an angle.

So overall you just keep plucking in the same row you plucked in the front all the way back! This makes sense I use to just pluck the whole hairline and wondered why it didn’t have that gradient effect now I see!

This was very helpful thank you!! Do you have any tips on your process for plucking multiple parts at the same time: like side parts, middle parts, half up half down. I noticed you protected your middle how would you go about doing that for the rest while still plucking the entire hairline?
Sorry if that’s a confusing question 😅
You’re good! I mainly protect the middle because that’s the style that by default needs to be preserved from plucking because it never looks right if it’s over plucked. But my side parts don’t seem to get affected since it’s not a straight like like a middle part same thing for the other styles mention. I always preserve the middle part even if I’m planning on doing a side part. Hope that kinda helped

am I the only one that thought the wig look good or even better before the plucking ?? I just feel like plucking a lot with leave bald patches after a while ( depending on how often you wear the wig) good job though unfortunately I will never get to that stage :(
I dont wear wigs and im scared of this. What causes it to bald over time if you don’t pluck it anymore? Im a little confused. Even after watching a million wig videos. I want to try to pluck my own but nervous about both not plucking enough or too much and causing balding.

Yes I think definitely a bit over plucked on the edges
@@Spokentruths725 tbh it just depends on how often you wear the wig, how you comb it, how you wash it and the quality of the hair. they are all factors to why balding happen. you're honestly not going to know till you try it, just have a go
People are just going overboard with all the things that they are doing to wigs. It is not necessary. They have literally turned wig wearing into an unnecessary job. Too much! And grown women wanting baby hairline is like saying I don't want to grow my grown a$$ up. Everybody knows it's a wig, and who cares if others know that. As long as you like your wig/wigs and serve your purpose, no one is going to put you in jail for not spending hours on your wig/wigs. This stuff will have you not having a ton of wigs. And, glue on your forehead, no to that too.
