Well being masculine has a lot of requirements that require a strong will and character:
    -Discipline
    -Stoic
    -Confident
    -Tough
    -Ambitious
    -Logical
    -Decisive
    -Competitive
    -Self reliant etc.
These traits aren't always pleasant and often need a lot of cultivating by a male role model, however unfortunately we currently live in a time where many men lack this and therefore have become lost

I used to care about a lot of things when it came to relationships and family. Now at 50, I don't care about any of those things anymore. Sadly, I learned this lesson the hard way. Love and loyalty from a woman is just an illusion. When you start caring about those things you brutally set yourself up to get fucked. So I have learned how to protect myself by separating myself from that lie and that illusion.

When bullies wanted to bully me I couldn’t fight back because I was told not to or else. I was scared of my parents and was always told to obey and shut up. I never really had a voice, no confidence, always walked with my head down at 6’4. My dad was not a dad and my mom was crazy at times hitting or yelling. I was never taught how to be a man and think for myself. I’m 23 years old and have mental and emotional baggage. Its hard to let it go but I have to at some point and build a life for myself. Early in the video you mentioned how in the old days men had to acquire certain survival skills or perish.
A few generations ago, men conquered the environment. There isn't a place on the face of the Earth than men haven't been able to put a stake in the ground and establish themselves. All the machinery we've invented has made the day to day chore of living easy, at least in more developed countries (where Feminism has taken hold). Most importantly, we have made the environment SAFE. You walk out of your house, you're not worried about getting mauled by a bear or eaten by a pack of wolves.
As a consequence, women are no longer afraid, and have embraced the illusion of "independence" - but I'm not going to go in that direction here.
As a consequence, men haven't needed to acquire those basic survival skills anymore - which makes them vulnerable to manipulation. A man lives much better when he can defend himself, can work with other men to get work done, and has competencies that are in demand that benefit himself and/or others. Without those skills, a man is easily lost, depressed, can be used by others without even realizing it's happening (or if he does realize it, doesn't know how to combat it or extricate himself from the situation). This tendency of men in current society where they no longer have fathers to teach them at least some of these basic skills has led to men being lost, to the degradation of our freedoms, and to the degradation of society itself.
Channels like this one are valuable because they help to fill in that gap of knowledge men instinctively know they need to be able to make it in this world. Pointing to resources like Dojos give men direction they can follow to acquire that necessary knowledge.
    Keep up the good work!

    Every single one!
Every single one of masculine men had a strong father figure in some shape or form. This doesnt't mean that they had a good or perfect father but rather a father who displayed masculine behavioural patterns within the framework of relationship with the son in question, his mother and his brothers and sisters. All weak men follow a similiar pattern.
They had no father or they had a weak or passive /submissive father along with dominant and bossy mother figure.
Weak men who don't have that foundation would theoretically need to put themselves out there, get out in the world and take risks. Then, if it clicks for them, they will develop their masculinity on their own. Either that or their confidence will be completely shattered once they get out of their comfort zone and due to great disadvantages they fail miserably in life.
Beware....Odds are heavily against you. It takes true courage for that but if you succeed, you will gain masculine confidence more authentic and powerful than those who learned it from their father because it was actually based on your own courage and leap of faith.

Damn, I'm in the same scenario. I'm questioning whether my choice to be in a female dominated field (health) is good. I find it hard to practice being masculine, I always have to be kind and nice. I'm worried this is going to cause an identity crisis in me in the future. Women will also hold power over me and make me feel emasculated. How can I grow as a man to become attractive to women in such an environment. I'm also contemplating going into the trades, I just don't know if I will have more success there, even if it is a more masculine field dominated by men.

Growing up without a father and being told that my masculinity is toxic , talk about your feelings....... blah blah blah . I have trouble connecting with other guys , keeping a job and finding something in common . When it comes to women i only attract the fat single mom . I also have suspicion that i have aspergers. Im at the point where i just dont care anymore.

There's nothing wrong with talking about your feelings. Just don't talk about any sort of anxiety or struggle to women and expect them to see you as more than a pity case. Talk to the barman, talk to guys, or women a little older that are just friends and going to remain so.
Keeping a job is not a sign of masculinity, it's a sign of conformity. Ditch the greasy pole and strike out on your own.

My Adrenal glans are shot. So I go and get tested thinking I was going to be normal. My test came back at 300. The normal levels for a healthy male my age is suppose to be anywhere from 750 to 900. If you havnt already, you should do a video on dealing with critics and those who try to bring you back down when you start making positive changes.
My best friend of 10+ years told me he didnt like the person Im becoming and called me highly toxic and not fun. This is because I became red pilled and finally started to not care what others think and live my authentic life and make my own decisions.
Its funny how you would think your best friend would always be supportive but how quickly it can change once you start going your own way. Btw, this friend plays video games all day, has no job now, still lives in his parents basement, and is a blue pill white knight. It hurts Im not gonna lie but I need to stand strong and not let him bring me back down.

Wait, women find it easy to be feminine? Isn't half the problem with dating, nowadays, that women don't know how to be feminine? Hypergamy is just one of tons of facets of Femininity just like wanting to provide for women is just one facet of Masculinity. Sure, women are naturally hypergamous but that's not any different from how men naturally want to provide for women. That doesn't mean women have an easy time being feminine any more than men have an easy time being masculine.

There are many cultural reasons which contribute to this:
    (1) Christianity as it has been presented in Catholic and even Protestant churches. Jesus is portrayed as not only a crucified christ but a castrated crucified christ, and his monumentally slow, cruel, torturous death has been a representative symbol of Western Civilization (often outright ignoring his resurrection). The real historical Jesus was not a victim and was not like this, nonetheless, he is presented as such. Consequently, many churches are full of people who merely pretend that they do not have a sexuality.
    (2) Elementary education. We are all indoctrinated within a program which encourages males to develop masculine traits in favor of words and abstract computations. You can have the best of both worlds in this regard, you can be learned in literature and mathematics while also being able to do construction, electrical work, building, etc. but our education system doesn't care about kids nearly enough to even think about doing this. Males are also treated in our education system as if though we are effectively defective girls.
    (3) Being feminine is just inherently easier. Why you see more effeminate males than you do masculine females, there isn't really even a corresponding counterpart masculine word for effeminate ("butch" comes close). Female sexuality is just easier. Guys go really fast, and women are slow. It is inherently much easier to increase the momentum of something not moving than it is to stop/reverse the momentum once it is going fast. All women have to do is lay down and they don't have to keep any desire ablaze, whereas men have to get themselves into a frame of mind where it's possible for them to have an erection, and to stay in that frame of mind consistently, while also being able to just turn their erections off if the females don't like it. Females can become more feminine virtually overnight by just wearing makeup and looking a certain way (they can work out but they don't have to build muscle). Becoming more masculine (especially if you are effeminate) requires much work and unlearning.

    • @gwb9044

Femininity comes not only from make up like masculinity comes not only from muscles.
Its a behaviour and a mindset, both to be learned and foremost UNDERSTOOD, to be effective and complementary.

9:50. Answers the self posed question.
Gee Dude. That really hit home. I figured that out early on, but it still impacted me fully. I was 8 years old when my mum remarried and I used to see my mum a emasculate my step-dad constantly.
When I eventually got to know my actual Dad I realised I realised he was masculine, as well as begging a gentleman. knew how too get along with men well.
Unfortunately it was too late by the time I realised and so my stepfathers influence was strongly linked into my personality.
This has caused me to come across as non exact masculine a lot of the time and so so a lot of time guys don't know how to really relate to me as well as they do with their mates.
Now the question is, how can this ever be 'Fixed'? One way, is your videos, I think.
But, we really need something more, like boot camps style. Yes?
And on another point. It doesn't always happen that way as my ex married your typical bloke type and that rubbed off onto my son which is not too bad. He also catches up with me fairly regularly.

Honestly i think men are so Beautiful. You are so special to the world. You are needed and i am a masculine woman who has problems. I cannot be feminine. Being feminine to me means no morals and i just cannot handle it. It means cowardice and I've just had too many real moments where I have had to bite the bullet on things that females can retreat to. If it wasn't for my meat suit I'd just be a dude

    • @tagert1975
      @tagert1975 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

You're talking modern western women and upper class women of the past with regards to lack of morals, cowardice, helplessness, etc. Before relatively recent times women had to be productive. moral, carry their weight, etc. Otherwise men would not marry them and they would be left on their own. Even well into the 20th century a woman had to be either rather rich or very pretty or both to get away with so much crap and provide so little. Only because human society in the west has become rich enough, the fantasy land economics of central banking, and government meddling on behalf of feminists did this luxury of bad behavior spread to all women. However it is not sustainable. It will come to an end sooner or later. Either enough good men will walk away or economic reality will reassert itself or both. It can't last forever. Another ten, fifty, even maybe a hundred years sure, but not forever. It will come to an end because it mathematically must.

While I don't agree with the SMV stuff etc (too simplistic models of reality), I absolutely agree with the joining of dojo for accepting and finding one's masculinity. Another great benefit of martial arts is healing -- serious illnesses fade away.

Hypergamy (colloquially referred to as "marrying up", occasionally referred to as "higher-gamy") is a term used in social science for the act or practice of a person marrying a spouse of higher caste or social status than themselves.
Just in case some folks didn't catch on to the term

You're right about the Dojo, although I had been connected with the red pill sphere for like 2 years, it wasn't until I began Bjj that my "natural" alpha me appeared from my inner, inner body. Martial arts are definitely not only sport, or not only violence, it is a fucking life style which meets the Alpha we have in us
