I just bought this printer. So the tray has to stay pulled out after you load the paper? If so, the design is definitely not good and the tray should have the ability to be pushed all the way back in. I've seen printers with better design for the loading tray. I may return.

These cords are typically not included with our printers, because we found that most of users were simply taking off the USB cords from their old printers, and transferring them to the new printer. If you are replacing an existing printer, then you may already have the cable. For once a TH-cam tutorial that doesn't overload my senses
This is the most absolutely worthless printer on the market.
To remove a paper jam from a MX490 remove it from the back it opens up in the lower back much easier and faster.

Cotton paper is specialty paper and isn't a paper we've tested.
