It's an AWESOME pump for its size. And you don't have to struggle to get those last 20 to 30 PSI into the tube. Like you do with alot of inferior hand pumps. Topeak designed them really well.
Very helpful video. I haven't read all the comments, but long time fat biker here, I would've stuck with 13psi in the front tyre, and I'd definitely be running tubeless. 👍👍
Couldn't take my eyes off that awesome looking shirt you were wearing. Good review and having such a small tire pump would be convenient to bring along. It looked like the time to pump was 1.5 Blue Moons or 1 medium peach margarita. Just ordered one from your link.
LOL, a medium peach margarita decreases the strength in your arm by 50%, so you'll have to double the pump time. The Blue Moon might get you down to 2.5 minutes. You know, that's the second shirt I purchased. My 21-year-old stole the first one! It's a masculine shirt for sure.
I was looking for a video covering just this topic to see if my mini morph would work on fat tires, but I didn’t find it until I ordered the mountain morph. Either way great video and I guess I’ll have two great pumps.
@@ValeryYudin the mini works well for road and gravel tires to about 38c. The mountain works well for gravel larger than 38c, mountain, and tubeless fat tires, with their lower pressure.
You look quite comfortable sitting there pumping, does it come with a seat? 500 strokes is a workout in itself. IMHO with hand pumps sadly you just have to grab the bull by the horns and pump whichever the brand
You had me laughing out loud at the seat comment!!! I'll say it goes pretty quick. If it was 500 strokes on a full size pump, I'd have to do it in shifts. LOL. -Tom
Top Tip: Don't buy this or any mini/portable pump that has joints, hoses, telescopic hoses. All this is a point of failure. When You get a flat and you worry about ripping the valve of the tube or rim, take the wheel of the bike for pumping so it's light and moves with the pump/pumping motion of your arms. Pump is critical equipment, to help you in the wilds, far from civilisation. It can not have points of failure, useless gimmicks etc. Without those features it will be lighter, will have telescopic cylinder and pump faster, can be fully built of aluminium for sturdyness and on and on and on. This new trend is just stupid and will make you walk far and pay double one day.
@@JB5D there is not a single mini pump on the market, that can realistically do 160psi. If you really need that, then only shock pumps can do that pressure. But they're not really small or built to be carried around on each ride
@@polishguywithhardtospellna8227 You should probably call Topeak and let them know. They claim 160 PSI - You still haven't recommended a reliable pump without hose / with telescopic cylinder (as stated) You're being hyper critical, but not offering any real suggestions on pocket pumps that fit your needs (or whatever)
Most people don't read the description. Here is the Amazon link to the tire pump: amzn.to/33p4Ixc

Thanks for sharing that! Those tires have a lot of volume for sure!!
You're welcome OMFB. Did I look tired?? I'm going to say it was getting warm in the garage and just stop with that! LOL. -Tom

Great review all around, thank you!
Thank you for the nice comment, Mith.
Thanks for the figures. This was a very useful video

So if you already got both, how much mini morph less effective than the mountain morph?

I’ve had my Topeak Morph for 10 years and it works great.
Can you show us a pump that fits your description and also reaches around 160 PSI?
