We have gone through 2 of the Cuisinart's already. The bearing at the bottom of the bread pan fails and starts to leak grease and gunk.
If you went through 2 of them, does that mean you liked it and it worked well at least for a while?
See my comment under "goedelite" about not using the baking feature.
After using my Gold Star bread maker for almost 20 years I had to replace it. I chose Cuisinart: what a mistake! I have followed the directions EXACTLY three times and each time ended up as a brick. If you go on You Tube you will find many similar stories. And don't tell me to use better yeast: I used the same yeast I did with my Gold Star (which made perfect loaves). You should do your homework and tell people to avoid Cuisinart. They are not what they used to be.
What do you advise me to buy ؟
ty!
Many of the breads you show are not baked in a baking machine??? Why are you showing it???
I use my bread machine for the dough cycle and don't usually bake bread in the machine. It's easier to clean up and makes less mess than using my stand mixer. I also make roll and cinnamon roll dough with it.
We use a 20 y old bread machine which works like a charm. They don't make them like that anymore.
Which one?
I loved my old Panasonic but it broke. I bought a Zojurushi but I never use it. I bake bread nearly every day, but I prefer to do it myself.
Sir is there any bread 🍞machine with STAINLESS STEEL BREAD PAN and if you can make a video and your expert views on bread maker machine with stainless steel PAN ONLY and thanks in advance from INDIA🇮🇳
Probably not since stainless steel isn’t non stick and would cause issues with mixing and kneading
Would like to know that myself. Looking for BPA free bread maker.
There is a bread machine that has a stainless steel pan: Sana. Depending on where you're located, you may need a converter for it to work. The base model is also $400, so it's quite pricey.
You don't require an expensive bread-maker. See my comment above.
HOW TO MAKE A CHEAP BREAD-MAKER LAST A LIFETIME
Don't use the full baking cycle ! Use it as a computerized kneading machine. Why? Because the biggest wear on the bread-maker is on the paddle-spindle bearings and that wear occurs during the hot-humid baking part of the cycle. That is where rusting starts that within two or three years may destroy the baking pan. They are very costly to replace. Save yours! Don't bake in it! After the end of the last kneading, remove the small dough-ball and place in a loaf-pan. Let it rise for the entire leavening period, then bake it in your oven or even toaster-oven for the baking-time in the bread-maker. An electric motor almost never breaks down nor does the computer chip. Don"t bake in the bread-maker. Note that buying a kneading mixer is very expensive, and using it requires you to be the computer! Save hundreds of dollars on an expensive bread-maker or a kneader! Buy a cheap bread-maker or even a refurbished one and bake the bread outside the machine! The machine will last a lifetime! (Also no paddle hole!)
I've yet to see a bread machine make a baguette. B roll 🙂
Yeah, I've seen the recipe; the machine mixes the dough but you have to do some shaping by hand and bake it in a conventional oven. I had to make ciabatta partially by hand too.
I was about to comment the same with some slight sarcasm 🤣
I have a zojurishi. I haven’t used it in years. I bake bread almost daily. I use my Kitchen Aid or my Cuisinart.
Why haven't u used it in years?
@@kawaiisenshi2401 Because I prefer the taste of the bread I make by hand. I think it has a better texture.
@@nbenefiel ah~ that makes sense. Ty for sharing!
Do you use the Kitchen Aid mixer for kneading?
so you didn't actually use them, just "researched reviews" lol
where is gastroback
AI made video?
The Panasonic looks like an office paper shredder 😅
Maybe, but they're the best.
While the Cuisinart has a 2lb setting, when making a 2lb loaf the dough rises into the lid causing it to collapse. Clearly this "review" doesn't include actually using the machines.
