你好！我用的是中火，食物不会烤得非常焦，油烟不大。
而且用这种便携卡式炉的时候，我一般会开一扇窗，或者开抽油烟机来保持通风安全。
吃完烧烤的家里的味道，就像家里吃完火锅一样，需要几个小时才能没有味道。
