Glad to see people getting into Japanese retro games! Way cheaper and usually better artwork :D
And there were also a lot of great games that never got released in the west. For N64 there's Bangai-O and Sin & Punishment for example.
I try to focus mostly on Japanese games on my channel :)

They are a lot cheaper and some are very English friendly. That said some can be a nightmare for English Speakers as they are very text heavy. I actually have a list that was made by a very helpful guy with a rating of all 196 Japanese N64 games in terms of what language the menus, in game text, etc. are in and roughly what level of difficulty is required to play them for someone who doesn't speak Japanese.

They won't be cheap for long if you keep making videos like these. Also, many of them are repros

Super Smash Bros, Mario Kart 64, F-Zero X, Snow Speeder aka Big Mountain 2000, Doom 64 and Super Bowling are either all in English or almost all in English. I actually tell people not to even bother with the English versions when it comes to those titles. Others such as Kirby 64 and Snowboard Kids 1+2 will require you to learn some navigating a Japanese Menu but is generally fine with the Gameplay itself. There are some though that just aren't very practical for English Speakers (ie Paper Mario, Ogre Battle 64, Mario Party 1,2 and 3 as they have a fair bit of Japanese text in the game itself in addition to Japanese menus.

I just started doing this today. Just to see the difference. I got Kirby and yoshi story on the N64 for 50.00 bucks. Japan games all the way.

Do not share the name of that seller or their website. Based on how they're packaged and numbered Ive bought a lot from them myself. Please keep this info on the down low...we don't need re-sellers finding out about this site and taking advantage of collectors.

Of these, Diddy Kong Racing is my fav,but wow does it get brutal. That Octopus Boss was the bane of my existence.
And it's TRUE, after market game prices are insane. I didnt want to deal with them so I just got everdrives for my N64 and GBA, but I admit I'd love to have a lovely shelf full of my favorite games to display.
If I can throw out any game recommendations, Banjo Kazooie is my favorite game on the system. But the Japanese version isnt as charming as the English release, as the main villain spoke in rhymes that couldn't translate, so they just made her drag out her words instead.
