Thank you for taking the time to explain things who aren’t mechanics. I think people who have knowledge and take time to teach others are amazing. I am so thankful for people like you that share their knowledge.
Excellent video. I have a question. I have a 2007 motorhome on a F-53 chassis (Ford 550) with a 6.8 V-10 gas engine is the transmission the same for fluid change as your video (2006 F-550) ???
Hi, I changed my internal filter then filled it back with 7.5qt now my transmission is jerking little. Is it possible that filter fell down in the pan?
@@leoj78 yes, it was not the transmission it was one of the injectors that failed and cause the truck to jerk and shut down. The dealer said he did replace injectors. He was a liar
Unless you're low mileage, never flush. Always just do a pan drop and filter(filters) change. Scotty Kilmer will explain more in depth as to why. Trust me!

Do you have a video on a full fluid change?
Hi, I just recently bought a 2004 Ford F-550 dump super duty truck and I have no idea what kind of coolant I need to put which one you would recommend
If it is the 6.0 diesel, you will want to use the Motorcraft Gold from the dealer.

what happened in the end? did you find out?

Motorcraft says do not use mercron LV in the 6.0 TorqShift transmission SP is the recommended fluid.
That's not right.
Ford says Lv can be used on 2003-2010 5ar110 transmissions
