A simple and delicious recipe for real homemade cheesecakes. I add this to the dough and get exactly cheesecakes. Not pies, not shanezhki, but CHEEKS! Delicious and tender.
HOMEMADE CHEESECAKES:
Cottage cheese 9% 600 gr
Eggs 2 pcs.
rice flour 2 tbsp
sugar 4 tbsp
salt
vanilla sugar 1 sachet
wheat flour for sprinkling 2 tbsp.
ghee for frying 2 tbsp.
It turns out 14 cheesecakes with a diameter of about 7 cm
