we worked in renovations the builders can be a nightmare, be careful. Don't leave them alone for long. In one of our villas the builders had left a bag of cement in the floor and then decided to put tiles around it, shocking. Also watch where you get your materials from they can switched and also nicked. Photograph every step of the process. I'm not sure that flooring as good as you hope for.

You guys are doing wonderful. But, why was that guy asking what youre doing with that area? Isn't this being done by a contractor? Didnt you guys fo over plans with a contractor? That worked shouldn't be asking questions if he's a part of the contracting team. Be careful, these guys will do things to make a lot of money out of you. They'll raise the price on things just cause you are young girls. Do you have someone keeping log/inventory of the materials? People will steal the materials and sell them or use them on other work they have. Maybe people in Dubai are different from what I've experienced, maybe. Just be careful. And, keep this on a hush 🤫
